Ordered on 19th January, still not received
Ordered on 19th January, still not received. They gave me incorrect tracking order at first which frightened me as it said order delivered and I hadn’t got it. Correct tracking number shows it went to the wrong delivery office but days go by and nothing changes. Standun don’t reply to emails; unacceptable “customer service”

We’re very sorry for the frustration this experience caused.
We did send an incorrect tracking number initially due to human error, and we completely understand how concerning it must have been to see a “delivered” status when you hadn’t received your parcel.
Your order was dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. The parcel was then with the courier for 10 days and, unfortunately, was misrouted to the wrong delivery office before being returned to us. While we always monitor shipments, once a parcel leaves our warehouse the handling and routing are managed by the courier, which in this case was outside of our control.
We also responded to your emails at the time, though it appears after us speaking since, that our replies landed in your junk folder, which understandably added to the frustration.
As soon as the parcel was returned to us, we processed a full refund. We’re very sorry this order did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.

unexpected charges at the end of the process
The product was great, the shipping was fast, nothing negative to say about Standun.
BUT I was charged an additional DUTY ? FEE? of a whopping $40.00 before I could get the product home.
This was unexpected and I think it's probably Mr. T's
doing. Just be aware if you order from the U.S.

Disappointed on presentation
Ordered a gorgeous scarf as a Christmas gift. It arrived with no issues but I was disappointed to see when it arrived, it was just wrapped in tissue paper. Given the cost of the scarf I had assumed it would at least arrive in a box with the company logo and as it was a Christmas gift, I feel better presentation would have alluded to the quality of the gift rather than, “here’s a scarf wrapped in paper, I can assure you it’s really good quality”
Had I known spending €50 on a scarf to gift someone and it wouldn’t come in a box, I would have shopped elsewhere.

Die bestellte Ware wurde mit Verzögerung versandt. Die Zustellung der Sendung wurde von DHL nicht durchgeführt, da ein Fehler des Versenders vorlag (Sendung entspricht nicht den AGB von DHL) und wurde von DHL zurückgesandt. Seither habe ich 2 E-Mails an den Kundendienst gesandt und keine Antwort oder andere Informationen zum weiteren Verlauf erhalten.

Your order was shipped, but DHL returned it due to a shipping classification issue. The item (a wool poncho) is not restricted, and we were not notified of any customs problem. A full refund was issued on December 24th and the parcel has since been returned to us.
