Love both my customised products

I saw this product on social media (not an ad, someone was using it) and thought that it would be ideal for me. After my 101 questions, some which I thought might be silly, were answered with great professionalism.
I bought a stamp and embossing seal which arrived by Friday after ordering on a Wednesday.
I love both my products and know I will order additional products from them.

Good products- better customer service

I bought a product and they identified a potential problem with my layout of text. Rather than take the usual “customer is always right” approach they took the trouble to seek my opinion first. I fully appreciated this extra step to ensure that I would be satisfied with the result

Great service!

Great prices, easy to navigate site, but most importantly. I made an error, my fault, yet they re-supplied a rubber die free of charge. Is that service or what!?

Replacement

Had to replace a stamp that had been taken along with my bag of work items.
The service was spot on and the stamp, as with the previous one, was perfect.
Received the product in record time and extremely happy the stamp.
Would highly recommend them.
