One of the Worst Linen Companies – Avoid at All Costs
Dealing with this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences we've ever had. To start with, their approach is aggressive and borderline bullying. They trap customers into unfair contracts with their so-called "minimum order" clauses, which are never made clear upfront.
Their service is riddled with dishonesty. Orders regularly arrive incomplete, and to make things worse, you’re charged for items you never received. When you try to resolve the issue, their customer service is shockingly unprofessional, unethical, and completely unwilling to help. Reporting faulty or missing items gets you nowhere – they send out dirty, ripped linen and then refuse any refunds or replacements.
This entire operation feels like a scam. They’re only interested in collecting money, not in delivering quality or treating customers with respect. There’s no accountability, no transparency, and definitely no care for customer satisfaction.
Do yourself a favour: avoid this company entirely. Support a local linen supplier instead – one that values your business and operates with honesty and professionalism. This company is nothing but a disappointment.
