Stake.com is experiencing a major problem. Please be aware that my account was closed without cause, and my $20,000 deposit was forfeited. I'm not trying to disparage the platform; this is the truth.
I deposited approximately 40,000 USDT into my Stake account over two months (20,000 USDT is frozen). All KYC verifications were completed. The account remained active and functioned normally.
On May 29, 2026, my account was suspended "for violating the Terms of Service." When I inquired about the specific terms violated, customer service was unable to answer. A Stake representative admitted in an official email: "We have no specific information regarding this restriction…we cannot know the reason behind it." The email from customer service stated that the account was unilaterally closed without any reason, and did not specify the reason for the closure.
Although Stake admits they don't know the reason for my account closure, they have permanently revoked my account access and refused to refund my deposit.
This is not about winning money. It's about my principal being withheld without cause.
I have formally filed a complaint with the following organizations:
- eCOGRA (Alternative Dispute Resolution Authority)
- Curaçao Gaming Authority (License No. 8048/JAZ)
- Gaming Compliance Team
