Brilliant service and products

Great service and products from Stairbits.
Called to check on availability and confirm some queries, all dealt with over the phone quickly and professionally.
Collection from their factory was easy and they even unpacked and cut down a length of timber so it fitted in my vehicle… all with a smile.

Customer service brilliant got call…

Customer service brilliant got call telling when delivery will be the next day I used this company twice and have recommended them to my builder friends they even call u if your ordered has errors on it to sort what part is mistaken what more do u need will definitely use them again quality is fantastic what u order what u get Pegasus carpentry construction

I was only enquiring but the service was so good i got next day delivery
10/10 all round
Definitely recommend them for services price and delivery.

Almost everything has fitted well

Almost everything has fitted well, we changed the newel posts to allow the handrail ends to fix nicely.
Our only problem was that the top and bottom rails were different lengths which we didn’t realise when we initially measured following your instructions. The bottom rail was 10mm difference in length.
