Staey.com Failed to Resolve Their Mistake

I had a very disappointing experience with Staey.com. They sent me the wrong size harness (order #13870), and after I contacted them, they apologized and requested proof. I provided the requested evidence (photo clearly confirming that the incorrect item had been sent).
They then provided a return link, but the link did not work and stated that my country was not supported... despite the order being successfully delivered to Poland. When I contacted them again and requested assistance with return ensuring that I would receive a refund, especially since they already had proof that the wrong item was sent, they stopped responding completely.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. A company should take responsibility for its mistakes and resolve issues instead of disappearing when a customer requests a fair solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Staey.com.

Hoogwaardige kwaliteit

Ontzettend blij! Het voelt allemaal zeer zacht en ziet er super chique uit. Ik heb: riem, tuigje, halsband, likmat, poepzak zak.
Ik heb nu net een puppy (medium labradoodle) en heb alles alvast in L besteld. Als ik de riem op de kleinste maat maak, kan hij er over een maand al in denk ik tot dat hij volgroeid is.

Ik vond het bestellen spannend want meestal check ik eerst de reviews en aantal volgers op insta. Insta zat wel goed, reviews 1 goede en 1 slechte. Dus mijn positieve review heb je! Ik ben fan.

Er was iets mis met de DHL levering, ik kreeg binnen 5 minuten antwoord via e-mail toen ik verduidelijking vroeg. Want je schrikt wel even. Er is meteen een nieuw pakket toegestuurd.

Ik vind de prijs voor dit merk ook zeer netjes! Als ik bij petsplace ga kijken ben ik het ook minimaal kwijt voor een riem. Ik ga hier vaker bestellen!!

Placed an order in the beginning of…

Placed an order in the beginning of april, still waiting for it to be sent. Contact via mail goes really slow, have send multiple e-mails the last two weeks but no reaction. Payment has been done for quite a long time now, please contact us.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your previous emails and phone calls. This is certainly not the experience we want to provide our customers.

I have looked into the matter for you. We originally shipped your package on April 10, 2026. Unfortunately, the package was subsequently returned to us by the courier. Regrettably, we cannot see the exact reason for the return, but something must have gone wrong during transit.

Yesterday, June 2, 2026, we issued a full refund to you. The funds should appear in your account within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Regarding your second order from May 7, we completely understand your frustration, but I can see that it was delivered on May 15.

Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions about the above.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the issue with your delivery.
