Be wiser than I and purchase elsewhere
The shipping took way too long and some of the items I purchased were smashed even though the shipping box was in tact. I also received an item that is appx 30 days from expiring. This has been an all around NEGATIVE buying experience for me. I didn’t bother to reach out to the company, I just wonlt spend more of my hard earned money here.

Dear White,
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the standard we strive for. We would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us with photos of the damaged items so we can investigate the shipping issue and ensure this does not happen again.
Regarding the product close to expiration, we have checked your order and found that the only item with a shorter shelf life is the Sensitive Glue 10ml, which was added to your order as a complimentary gift along with the Advanced Glue. You are not obliged to use it if you prefer not to.
Your feedback is important to us, and we would like the opportunity to make things right. We reached out to you via email. Thank you for your understanding!
Love this product!!!!!

Dear Victoria,
Thank you for your feedback, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving your package. We completely understand your frustration, especially since this delay was due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, which started on November 15. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control.
We’ve also provided more details regarding your order and strike to your email address. Please check your inbox for additional information.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
5 stars for the glue!
The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I love the glue I use for Mega Volume. I have been using it since 2019, at first as a sample and then on a regular basis. I'm located in AZ and it is difficult to find the right glue for dry climate, especially when it comes to Mega EE. Grateful for you guys!!

lightning speed adhesive
Stacy lash will forever be one of my favorite lash brands & a brand i always recommend if you’re looking for good quality products for your clients or just to perfect your craft at a reasonable, affordable price. I love their glues & feel like they have one for every lash artist stage.
I currently use “lightning speed” since im in California & it tends to be more dry here, & I LOVE IT. I have not stopped using it since, i never have a hard time with curing & honesty makes lashing go by so much faster, from there products to there customer service. Truly some of the most nicest accommodating people always whiling to answering any questions or concerns you may have, i definitely recommend for my fellow lash artist.

I must express my disappointment with…
I must express my disappointment with the product I recently purchased from your company. I was particularly looking for something that was sensitive-friendly, as advertised, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon using the product, I experienced discomfort, which was quite unexpected and distressing. It's clear that the product does not live up to its claims of being suitable for sensitive skin or conditions. Given this experience, I am left with no choice but to request a refund. I believe it's important for companies to stand by their product claims, and in this instance, I feel let down. I hope for a swift resolution to this issue and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with the refund process.
