Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. The boxes are exactly as advertised, strong and sturdy. They did smell a little when they arrived, leaving them outside for a couple of days resolved that, I didn't find it a problem. If I need any more in the future you will be tge first place I look.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're really pleased to hear you were happy with both the boxes and the service!

You're absolutely right, the boxes do have a slight "new plastic" smell when they're first unpacked, although it soon disappears once they've had a little time out of the delivery packaging. Thank you for mentioning that, as I'm sure it'll be helpful for other customers reading the reviews.

It means a lot to hear that we'll be your first choice if you need any more boxes in the future. We really appreciate your support and look forward to helping you again.

Thanks again,
Will

Excellent customer service

Stack industrial is an excellent company and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would definitely buy from them again.

The storage box I wanted was an unusual size which I couldn’t get locally. I searched online for a box with the external measurements I needed.

To be sure I decided to get the internal measurements as well so I emailed the company. Had a quick reply asking me for my mobile number to speak to me personally. I spoke to a representative (Will I think) who was very pleasant, helpful and professional and gave me the information I needed.

Because of the fact I only ordered one box the delivery charge was nearly as much as the box but it was worth it as I ordered the box on the Friday and received it on the Monday - earlier than it was expected.

I am really pleased with the quality of the storage box. It is a very sturdy, heavy duty box which is perfect for what I want it for.

Great buying experience overall.
Would definitely recommend Stack Industrial.
