The product itself is great, the delivery and replying to queries however leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered an in stock item (showing in stock online) from the website on the 28th of July. Euro shipping stated 1-3 days delivery,

29th I received and email with a tracking number saying your item is ready to shipped, but post NL hasn’t received the item yet, I left it a week the tracking never changed. I emailed on the 4th August. To which I didn’t get a reply. I then sent an instagram message on the 5th and only got a reply after commenting on one of there posts asking for a reply to dm’s or emails.

Miraculously when I get a reply the item was ready to ship that day (6/8)

Fast forward to today 13/8 the item finally arrived, 2 1/2 weeks after order when shipping is 1-3 days inside Europe and the item showed on the website as in stock.

Like I said, the part itself is great. But the shipping and replying to queries could do with some work, luckily I didn’t need the part asap. But if you’re in a pinch for a part and need it quick just be aware.

Great product, easy installation. Very thoughtful

From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the product. The company was super easy to deal with — friendly, responsive, and professional.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item (completely my fault), but after messaging them on Instagram, they sorted it out without any hassle. As soon as I returned the incorrect part, they posted out the correct one the same day — no delays, no drama.

What really stood out to me was the 1-to-1 communication. It’s rare to find that level of direct support nowadays, and for that alone, I can’t fault them.

I’ll definitely be coming back for more in the future. Highly recommended!

Die Schlauchschellen sind zu groß, die Schrauben für den Ölpeilstab sind nicht wie abgebildet Gelb verzinkt.
Für den Ölabscheider gibt es keine Befestigung, da musste ich mir eine Bauen.
Der Drosselklappen Adapter ist nicht entgratet und musste angepasst werden, sonst hätte er nicht gepasst.
Für über 200 Euro erwarte ich ein Kit was einbaufertig ist und ich nicht Stunden lang Nachbessern muss.

First of all, the communication and Delivery was very good. But me personally am Not satisfied with the quality of the 3d-printed plastic. It is very thin, has rough edges and even a little hole. I bought e46 Compact vender vents.

Good product, terrible delivery, terrible communication, then I had to pay an approx 25% customs fee when I was finally delivered. I was planning on buying a splitter but I think I will have to search elsewhere.

Enorm tevreden met de producten van ST! Momenteel mijn M2 aan het opbouwen en elke keer vind ik wat nieuws of brengen ze wat nieuws uit met goede kwaliteit.

Goede producten waar echt over nagedacht is. Levering mag iets sneller en prijzen zijn vrij duur. Maar je krijgt er wel iets goeds voor.
