Great, fast delivery

Needed a few items and had a few questions and Steve sorted everything out with amazing speed, including the delivery!
I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, reliable and knowledgeable service! I for one will definitely be a regular customer after this experience.

spot on service from Steve at sr-vapes everything is as it should be 👍

Great product

As per usual the service from Steve is second to none. I received my order within 24hrs of it being made.

Easy to order items. Amazingly quick delivery!! Will definitely order from SR-Vapes again.

hi, it was absolutely easy to work with you guys. Customer service it was brilliant the product it’s genuine and working absolutely amazing, I really lrecommended 🤝

My 3rd order and all went well. This is a business I am very confident buying from.

Just a minor issue (never happened before). I got no email confirming order nor dispatch. No big deal as it arrived safely - I'm sure it was just a glitch. Thought it was worth letting the business know (hoping they read these)

Brand "new" batteries arrived minus 70% power.

Placed order yesterday morning - dispatched same day and delivered today. Communication excellent. Yes, the speed of delivery is beyond any retailer (I had 2 parcels posted 24 hours yesterday - both arrived/scanned in at local depot same time and one arrived - the other 'apology we will deliver next working day)

On a side note - it irritates me to see any negative reviews left for retailers for later than expected deliveries. You pay for a courier service - if it fails it's not the retailers fault - rant over!

First order with yourself - will be back - well done

Superb customer service, rapid delivery
