Took membership money for a year, then they cancelled the ability to view any videos that members post, and not bringung the optionnto view videos back.That's not good business.

I’m very disappointed in this website. I bought a one year membership… Mind you it’s $119USD and those pricks got rid of the member videos section of the website. They don’t say why, other than that they were bringing a better experience to the user, but you know there’s a lot of guys out there that jerk to those videos and that’s probably where they got a lot of their paid memberships from. My $119USD went towards the videos as well as other areas of the website, but you’re not even going to offer a refund for taking away the video portion of my membership? All you’re doing is chasing away your members to your competition… You really gone downhill squirt! Your customer service response is horrible and the time it takes to hear back is horrible. I wouldn’t even give you one rating, but that’s as low as it’ll go. I hope you end up shutting down permanently because your website has gone to the dogs!

This is a horrible site!! They have areas of the site down for weeks at a time for paying members with absolutely no apologies and horrible customer service! They don't respond to requests, and if they do, they don't answer them.
Now to add insult to injury, even though I turned off my automatic renewal, they still charged me for the next year. This is the worst business and it seems they think because of the nature of the site itself people won't complain. Not true. Do NOT pay for this site!

There is no customer service. I'm a paying member so i expect the paid services to work but they don't. When i contact customer service i got the same canned reply twice. When i posted to message board about it they removed my post. Do they expect no one to complain that they're ripping people off?

Be careful if you go on this site and upgrade. They double charged me and I brought it to customer service's attention only to be told that they don't give refunds. Apparently they won't give you back the money that they STEAL from you. I won't ever upgrade on this BULLSHIT SITE EVER AGAIN. They area bunch of thieves. It's pretty sad when you are on this site for 3 years upgrading and then they turn around and rip you off and not make it right and give you back the money they stole. BRUTAL!!!

Since the changes were brought in, the site has declined...rapidly. At one time, there would be 80-100+ guys online; Now, there are 10 to 20. I used to get umpteen messages every day. Now I'm lucky if I get 5 a week. So many of the things that users could do are now no longer available...unless you pay. The cruising location section is now a waste of time and what has happened to the videos section? For wees now it is not available because 'D**k is fiddling with the code'. Customer service is none existent and it is spam central. I would not recommend Squirt at all.

The squirt.org website will not refund my money too me as a paid member in full on March. The reaswhy I want one is the full serv6as advertised is not availableand has not been for 7 weeks. I keep getting a no reply to my inquiries on a refund .

Unable to access my account as a non paying member. Keep getting ads for Squirt but can nougat access. I am 84 and frustrated as I was a daily visitor to the site.

Everybody is on DL and can not host and then you have those that are trying to scam you for money,this site is nothing more then a JO site,that is why i cancel my membership

These people have no idea how to run and maintain a website. It's frankly shocking. They will disable entire sections of the site for hours when doing "maintenance" that never actually seems to fix ongoing defects. Currently, without warning they have decided to disable the most popular feature of the site (video chat rooms) - it's been down for days. No updates, no target date for when it will be made available, and they also don't offer those with paid memberships a partial refund for the diminished services. Stay far, far away.

I met a guy on squirt.com where he invited me to his place called Buckley Towers in Niagara Falls. I was given drug, they hacked my phone, videotape on the internet by two Caucasian male which was a set up. When I walked in the apartment there was one guy I met online and the other one walked out of the bedroom afterwards without my permission and knowledge. All my emails on squirt.com were deleted. I reported it to squirt.com and they refused to respond to my email. If anyone with information can contact me.

Stay away from Squirt. Shit website, even more crap customer service. Dennis who runs squirt is extremely rude and a Ass hole. I recently accidentally downloaded a pic onto my profile that goes against the rules, when I realised I put a pic I had no intention of loading I tried to delete it, but literally a few seconds and I received a lifetime ban. I explained to Dennis I wasn't wearing my glasses at the time while using my note book, and it was a genuine honest mistake. I didn't even get time to delete the pic, it was so quick not even another member would of seen the pic. But Dennis is a arrogant sob and now refusing to reply to my emails. It seems they watch everything you do on your profile and while on the website . Dennis needs a good smack in the jaw. Pics poor attitude from Dennis and 0 customer service. I actually believe Squirt and especially Deinnis hates the lgbtqia community.

I was a premium member they just suspended my account without refunding my money back and without mentioning the reason .poor webpage and app for android be careful never buy their premium version they will steal your money scammers.

Piss poor website, Can't delete profile, can only hide it, not that many guys on line etc, Get bombarded with emails to your message box, can't stop them which is chuffing ridiculous, I Prefer using Fabguys.co.uk, lots more profile and guys to connect/contact.

I've written before and I am writing again. I am almost legally blind. I was jumped and my wallet stolen. Squirt suspended my membership because my credit card denied one payment. I explained to them my situation and was willing to give them the new information. NOTHING. It takes weeks to get a response and when you do it's rude and arrogant. I tried twice to sign on with a new email address and screen neame and in 5 mins. was bumped off and suspended again. I am shocked they would treat a handicapped person this way. No explanations, no reasons no courtesy. Hands down the most horrible customer service I have ever received.

Extremely bad experience with squirt.org. Customer service is none existent. I was suspended over 1 year ago and I still don't know why. No explanation was given. If i said or did something wrong im willing to apologise. I've sent several emails asking if I can re join and still haven't received any reply. I've been emailing for about 1
year asking for a explanation and permission to re join ,and still not one single reply. I don't recommend squirt.org.. 👎👎

Be careful if you're a paying customer. For awhile I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue being on this site so i would click off the auto renewal but I would start up again and again. Lately though I really want to end being on this site anymore so i turned off the auto renewal numerous times and every time i go back to see if its off, It's not it's turned on again so this time I'm deleting my account before they try to charge me again and if they do, I'll be declaring fraud with my credit card company.. Also when you talk to customer service, they are rude and don't really do anything for you.

Worst customer service experience ever. Signed on one day and my account was suspended. No reason given Takes days and weeks to get a response and when you do it says next to nothing. I am visually challanged and explained that to them, nothing. It's been a month of trying to reach them and I was a paying customer. Don't they want the money. It's been a horrible experience.

Never had major problems with Squirt BUT has there been some major change on accessing it like an app versus accessing it as a website. I remember you would have that option when signing and you needed to use the website interface to see other cities and countries listings. It now appears you don’t have it. As a frequent traveller and an expat, I like to see what’s happening in old haunts.

Stay away from this site. The spam is horrible and any dealings with customer support will get you suspended and blocked. They are rude to you and never answer your question. After that they then send out homophobic message and cut you off. They have decimated which once was a great site. They should be ashamed of themselves. Zero stars.
