The mark of a good company is how they sort things when they go a little awry. None of which was particularly their fault, but they were on top of the issue straight away. Thanks to Scarlett and Jack for a lovely transaction, and a beautiful guitar!

Fantastic products and a great service
I can't praise Jack enough. Before, during and after visiting the showroom, he showed a willingness to help, depth of knowledge and a rare degree of honesty. I received a fair price for my part-exchange and left with a wonderful guitar. They're a credit to the industry and I'll definitely be back.

very poor service
very poor service. they sold a guitar to someone else after arranging the deal with me for it. untrustworthy. The music business could do without these kind of people. take your business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service
My son purchased a beautiful custom Gibson guitar from Squealing Pig. Jake was very easy to communicate with and the guitar was delivered promptly and packaged well. We are in Australia. There was a small repair that needed to be carried out locally here. Jake reimbursed us immediately. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend this store.

Just bought a Les Paul Standard
Just bought a Les Paul Standard Gold Top and it was delivered in 3 days over the Xmas period. Guitar was as described I.e second hand but mint condition. Well packaged and the communication from the team was amazing. They were responding to me at 11pm at night as I was making the purchase! Great company. Gary

Safe, reliable and fair!
I had a very safe, secure and great experience with this company. They offered me a trade in price for my guitar which they sent package materials and guitar box to my address and arrange collection for my guitar. Once they received it back they then sent me out my new guitar. Everything was done professionally, constant contact and a very personalable experience. I will return my custom to you and send all my musician friends your direction. Thankyou again.

Good communication
Simon was good with communication. There was a payment issue, but he contacted me and we had a conversation about a timeframe in which it would be solved. Overall a safe and smooth transaction. Got some free strings and plectrums which were a nice touch also! Would recommend.
