Was supposed to be printed on both sides, but was not. Very disappointed. Also, pained for next day shipping. I was told it was to be shipped on the the 18th of May. Did NOT receive until after the close of business on the night of the 21st of May. Again, very, very disappointed..

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it is when an expedited order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, especially when you were relying on it for a specific deadline. We also understand your disappointment regarding the printing being single-sided, and we apologize if there was any confusion about the product specifications.
Our team has attempted to reach out several times to discuss your concerns and find a resolution, but we have not been able to get a response. We also offered to refund the expedited shipping fee as a gesture of goodwill.
We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right and better understand what happened. Please feel free to reach out to our team at your convenience so we can assist you further.
