Always been a big fan of Walkers crisps but these new Spudos are literally amazing. So crunchy and the dust is a game changer. Love my spudos box to keep the crisps fresh too.

Spent £55 made order on the 27 May with 2 day delivery not yet got my order sent numerous emails but all you get is a virtual agent and not a real person i started my chat at 11.20 today and it is now 18.23 i would not recommend them as there is no you can speak to anyone if you have a problem disgusting way to treat customers

Best crisps on the market. (In my opinion)!
I’m not a fan of all the additional flavours but family members are. Problem solved with the spud dusts. Fabulous storage boxes are a must on your first order. Dragons Den bundle started me off

These crisps are something else!! I ordered the Dragons Den bundle and I was expecting a couple of large packets of crisps but these packets are HUGE!! The crisps taste delicious unflavoured but when you add the seasonings WOW! I didn’t expect the flavours to be so good, I love crisps and was a little dubious of ordering these and justifying the price but I’m so glad I did, so far we’ve only had a chance to try a couple of the seasonings but the southern fried chicken was a real hit with my daughter and me! Great for get togethers or just to keep for yourself. I’ll definitely be a returning customer (if I ever get through these bags I have). Super fast delivery also.

Unfortunately, the order was not for me. Luckily for my sister and her family, it was for them, as they live in a country you deliver to. I am reliably informed that the crisps themselves, free from added flavour, are the best thing ever. But when flavour is added, there are explosions of joy on the tongue. The favourite currently is fried chicken. I, sadly, have to remain hungry in Hungary 😔

The most delicious crisps I have ever tasted! Even the crisps on their own without flavourings are incredible, they are miles crunchier, bigger and thicker than other crisps. Also, there were no broken scrappy crisp bits at the bottom of the packet which lots of other crisp packs seem to be 50% full of now. In addition to this the flavours are absolutely phenomenal and have a real depth of taste. I am buying a pack for my dad as I have enjoyed the crisps so much! Absolute icing on the cake how environmentally friendly this company is and there is no way I can go back to any other type of crisps now. (I am writing this review after having just polished off two portions of spudos crisps. I will be going back for a 3rd but wanted to write this review first as they are so bloody good).

Amazing flavours but the crisps are brilliant on there own

Crisps are great, added salt and vinegar dust which is tasty or have plain. Happy with my purchase, if anything, without being picky, a tad more packing in the box? But we will certainly be ordering again! 5 ⭐

My family said they were too expensive, and suggested i had been duped, then they ate them! Now they want me to re-order! We agree these are extremely high quality crisps and felt really smug with I composted our first bag (I did cut it into small bits first). I got the crisps and chip sticks to start, along with a range of flavourings (personally, I like mine just salted). Most flavours were popular, the Pickled Gherkin is my husbands fave) but the Pickled Gherkin and Nduja and Honey were too spicy for me. Next time, I'll get the Doner Kebab and Nooch and Onion to try with the Dunks, yum!

First bought for my son in law as crisps are his love 😅 especially prawn cocktail (strong) and this way he could lash on as much as he liked! My husband was jealous so I bought him some next, then we topped up after Christmas and I’ve bought lots as gifts and everyone has enjoyed them! I love salt and vinegar but the nooch and onion are lush! I’ve yet to try the beef bourguinon, well done Spuddos, I will be a repeat customer!!

Well. What can I say SPUDOS. My first order. And loved them. Crummy whole family loved them. Great options for what spud dust you may like . I tried all of them . So plenty of tasty options . Even my parrot liked Spudos.

This company went above all expectations . The product is of high standard . The communication with them is outstanding . I will be ordering from them again . The flavours are very tasty . I have the chipsticks . I will be ordering the crisps next time .

The crisps themselves are nice as is the salt and vinegar dust. However the service is poor. It used to be good, but presumably to save a few quid, they changed delivery company. The one they went with I always have issues with. Which, was the case here too. I raised my concerns and was fobbed off with a promise of going back to the original delivery company. When the following month’s subscription was dispatched, they used the cheaper incompetent delivery company again. I value good service and I wasn’t getting it from Spudos so I cancelled my subscription with them. The crisps are good, but not that good. If you value customer service, go elsewhere for your crisps.

Me and my daughter enjoyed trying the different flavours of the crisps. I don’t think we would buy again though as it wasn’t anything special.

I placed an order with Spudos on 5 May, clearly advertised with a 2–3 day delivery timeframe, for a time-sensitive family event. The order was placed well in advance and alongside another supplier, who delivered exactly as promised.
Spudos failed to deliver on every level.
A Royal Mail tracking number was provided, however Royal Mail does not recognise the reference at all, calling into question whether the item was ever dispatched in the first place. Despite multiple attempts to clarify this, I received only generic, copy-and-paste responses which avoided answering basic questions.
Key issues:
Delivery timeframe not met
Tracking number provided appears invalid
No clear evidence of dispatch
Repeated scripted responses instead of resolution
When I asked specifically about their refund policy, communication stopped altogether. Only after chasing further was I told the item had been “shipped promptly” but delayed by the courier — a statement that directly contradicts the fact the tracking number does not exist within Royal Mail systems.
By this point, the event I ordered for had passed, making the order entirely redundant. Despite clearly explaining this, Spudos continues to respond with “we’ve escalated this” messages, with no resolution, no accountability, and no ownership.
From a legal standpoint, this is unacceptable. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe, and where delivery is time-sensitive and not met, the consumer is entitled to treat the contract as cancelled and receive a full refund. Additionally, providing invalid or unverifiable tracking information raises serious concerns regarding whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled at all.
At present:
The goods have not been received within the agreed timeframe
No verifiable proof of dispatch has been provided
A refund request has not been properly addressed

This is not simply poor service — it borders on a failure to meet basic consumer protection obligations.
Blaming couriers is one thing providing untraceable tracking details and avoiding refund discussions is another entirely.
In today’s online retail environment, this level of service falls well below acceptable standards.
If you are relying on delivery for a specific date — do not trust this supplier.
