If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased almost a year ago now. The Excel spreadsheet had many errors. It took months for them to "fix" it. I got a "fixed" spreadsheet and it too did not work. I tried multiple times to get a good working spreadsheet but all I received were excuses and them practically blaming my version of Excel for the problem. I asked multiple times for a refund which they never responded to. I do not like or will use Google Sheets I strictly use Excel and the only reason why I made the purchase. I never got a working spreadsheet to this day and still very upset about just handing over money to a company that doesn't back up their product. I checked the box to let them know about this review but I seriously doubt they will do anything about it because I really believe they don't care. They take your money and run and the reviews I've seen online after my purchase just prove it. I should have done more research so that is on me but I do think they should refund me for something that has NEVER WORKED SINCE DAY ONE!!!!!!
I ordered the budgeting spreadsheet. The website says instant download! I never got the download, so I emailed their "customer service". I received a boiler plate email saying it would take 24-48 hours to reply. What a joke! I paid with Paypal so they immediately got my money. STILL no download, and no one to help. This is no real business. BEWARE!
This product seemed very promising at first but after starting to populate the fields, the spreadsheet started freezing up and not updating. I would have given 3 stars but my experience got worse after contacting their support and got no response from them. The spreadsheet is just frustrating to use and I can't even use it anymore. Every change I make I have to refresh the sheet.
