I've been using SPP.IO for several years. It's been a fantastic tool for my business!

Been using the SPP platform for over three years now and can't recommend it enough.

It's my one stop shop to manage my service based business.

Any issues over the years the teams been great at resolving them as quickly as possible.

Great experience, have used SPP for years and everything works perfectly for my needs as a productised service provider

Chris at Spp.co blocked my IP Address to not Access Spp.co because I emailed him advising that their pricing is very high for the features they are offering. As there are tons of providers like Suite Dash, Dubsado, or Agile who provide 100s of more features from £19 a month with whitelabeling completly.

So Chris at Spp didn't really like my email that their pricing is crazy for the features and decided to block me from access their site via IP address which is very childish and immature for a company that cant take a feedback. But sends marketing emails though.

So yeah... Chris heres a bad review for you.

I have been using SPP now since 2018 for my SEO services-based business. Overall I am super happy with the platform, trying to find another system that allows you to bring in order facility, order management, ticket support etc all under one platform is hard to come especially at the cost of SPP. Their support is one of the best I have received, very helpful, and they will always respond very quick. The platform is not 100% perfect, there are some limitations to it, which can be a little frustrating at times. But for what you pay, I can tell you now you won't find another stable platform with all options you have without building your own system which would cost way more. I would highly recommend it and already have to other vendors like me.

Service Provider Pro has enabled my productized service to level up our professionalism and delivery.

I can focus on improving our service & customer experience, rather than having to also manage a team of devs to improve and maintain a client portal if we were to build it in house.

Plus the UI / UX is first class.

The SPP team is super responsive and friendly. If I ever have a question or feature request. They always get back to me within 24 hours or less.

Highly recommend if you're looking to compliment your productized service with a client portal.

You will not be disappointed.

Exactly what we needed. For us a giant ERP was way too oversized and our self-built client portal and order overview solution wasn't really a "solution" but more a problem. SPP is the perfect midsize system to give your customers an overview over all past and current orders, running projects, invoices - all in one place. And they even can update their own data as it should be. The team at SPP reacts quickly and friendly, if you run into a problem or need a tweak or an additional feature.

We've been using SPP for 2 years now and we are really happy about our experience. The software is pretty powerful, the team always helpful and they're flexible enough that they can do customization tweaks for your own needs. Recommend it 100%

While the portal itself has been a huge help to my company, I want to express how incredible the SPP team is with communication. They've thoroughly worked with my team and I to help get us set up and ready to go in the portal, answering all of our questions in an extremely timely manner. We look forward to continuing to use our SPP portal!

I spent $20,000 on a CTO to design a client portal and Backoffice ticketing system in my last startup. Now, with SPP, I send $125 a month. Amazing!

Really good software and customer support.

I signed up for SPP 2 years ago. Service is almost fine, but a lack of features, for $99/m, is too much, but I could live with that.

Then, they decided to increase the pricing, but they didn't JUST increase pricing, they moved features from the previous package (which was mine) to a higher-paid package, in that way forcing me to pay more, as more as double.

The thing is about the template editor/custom code. That option was available for all packages when I signed up, but now they forcing me to pay $299/mo just to have that feature which I used before, and added some code there to make UI/UX better.

Also, they noticed me for the price change, but not the package feature change.

So fraud, so pathetic...

EDIT: I decided to leave, but I give them another chance. Then I saw that I don't have old features available, and they didn't mention it anywhere in the email notice they sent to me.

I wasn't rude. If being rude means that I claim my rights, then OK.

And, you didn't decide to cancel my account, I did it myself.

Their platform provides everything that an SEO agency may need. I use their platform with Zapier and 90% of my business is automated.

In addition, their support always replies fast and they are very helpful! Also, there are a lot of "hidden tricks" that SPP allows us to do to customize our client area further.

SPP is exactly the tool I was looking for to run my entire agency.

Before SPP, I had been using a hodgepodge of tools that required a ton of manual work to stitch together, and even then things were falling through the cracks all the time.

SPP allows me to keep everything from payments, orders, client communication, order forms, tasks, etc all in a single place. It's the solid foundation I need to be able to SCALE.

I also want to give a huge shout out to the team. They are now an extension of my in-house team. Basically anytime I run into a wall, or need some code tweaked - they are ON it. So between the platform and the support - it's 10/10 and the foundation I need to scale.

Incredible app for project management and billing. Flexible, customizable, and their support is lightning fast and super helpful. Can't imagine running my company without SPP!

You have one big less thing to worry about with SPP when operating a digital service. With a few clicks, you won't have to worry about creating an ordering system, sending invoices, connecting your payment processor, etc. Excellent product and worth every penny.

The software is awesome, and a special call out for the amazing customer service from Alex and the team. Very easy to work with, flexible, and super responsive.

For anyone considering client portal software, put this on your shortlist!

SPP has a great product and excellent customer service on top. If you're looking to quickly get a service or productized service business off the ground, SPP is your best bet.

The product is very versatile, customizable (especially for those with some coding knowledge, although you can customize everything you'd need even without this knowledge), and for anything you need help with their customer support goes above and beyond (shout out to Deian who can always resolve any questions/changes I'd like made in less than a few hours)

We've been working with SPP since 2017 and I must say I'm not going to go anywhere else:

1) Very smart checkout form with all these useful rules and options
2) A nice CRM included
3) The support is simply amazing. They always resolve all my questions and queries, adding some new stuff from time to time
4) Integrations with all popular billings and services (a MUST)

All in all, you can't find a better checkout and clients portal software for your site. We've tried many of those, including Zoho, Flowlu, and others - they all are missing something. Only SPP - have all features we need.
