I purchased 3 tickets for the real madrid vs Barcelona game, the tickets were meant to allow us a seating in a decent section which cost us around 550 euros each. We were shocked to learn that our seats were actually in the last rows and completely different from what we purchased. What’s even more frustrating is the customer service representative’s attempt to outsmart us by stating that the tickets were actually an upgrade of what we purchased previously, when clearly they’re not. The tickets amount was clear on the copy itself (175 euros).
We were really disappointed by this outcome and the customer service’s reply and the fact that he blocked me right after the game. This is complete ripoff!!!

I did purchase a ticket for the game between real madrid and barcelona I took the category B ticket they charged me 400 pounds for the ticket and 120 pounds fees and the surprise was that they Gave a 175 euro ticket gate 63 sector 707 row 11. It was a very bad experience. Not recommended and I can provide all the documents

I received the tickets on the day of the match by e-mail. You do not receive the tickets in physical format, but you pay for this service!

Prenotato biglietti Milan Roma quarti di finale devo dire con abbastanza diffidenza ma era l'unico modo per poter andare a vedere la partita. I biglietti sono pervenuti 24h prima della partita.....parto per Milano con non poco scetticismo (e tanta fede....ripagata tra l'altro). Arrivo a S. We had a great experience! We ordered tickets on a Thursday for a Monday Premier League game. When Monday arrived, I still hadn't been sent the tickets, but I emailed and got a response immediately with the tickets attached. Robert from Sports Ticket Office even sent an email before kick off to check in that everything was ok with the tickets. All of our seats were together and we had a lovely time.

Was in Lake Garda on holiday and tried getting tickets for AC Milan. Used Sport tickets and got 2 tickets for me and my son. Was nervous however had great communication and reassurance from Robert. The tickets arrived the night before and I received email asking if j was in the stadium OK. Thanks again will definitely use in future!

I was delighted to use sports tickets office for my Liverpool match tickets and they we're brilliant in emails and communication throughout the whole process. They emailed me on the evening of the game to make sure my friend and I got into the stadium and to make sure everything was okay. I'll definitely be using them again for future games.

Was abit nervous as I didn’t receive my tickets till the day before matchday but the customer service team was quick to respond to my emails and did put me at ease. What an experience it was

Hi..purchased 4 tickets for Liverpool Europa league home game march 14th..communication from the off was first class.. nothing seemed to be a bother..great seats and even had all 4 seats together.. I was a bit apprehensive at start purchasing of any online ticket site.. but my experience with yous guys has settled that.. will 100% be back in future.. thanks again to Robert and the team at sportticketoffice .. 👍👍

i was kept updated as to when the etickets would arrive,, had the reassurance i needed as had gone to italy to watch a match and tickets come through last minute.but had been given a 100% guarentee they would be there in my inbox via email before the game... i panic so pestered them .they even text me to say.hope your enjoying the game. Robert was amazing and i now know its common to get tickets last minute. so will be more relaxed at next one...the barcode scanned fine on my phone.so whole experience was alot easier than 1st thought.

tickets arrived two days before and were in allocated area if a little near the back(second from back row, good view but takes ages to get out. Expensive but needed three together so thats probably why.
