Bad, bad, Abusers, weird accounts and without consent... I'm here voting 4 stars for my refund, I hope they give it to me and they never sign me up for these absurd things again.

I mistakenly clicked on Sportslife on Facebook a few months back not releasing I had made a purchase.
I emailed the company and recently heard back from them saying they will be refunding me.
This is great customer service and proves that patience can pay off.

There's no point being constructive here, this is clearly a scam. I'm a savvy user, but i think I have had my credit card details skimmed at some point. They are pretended to be helpful by replying to my messages, but still haven't offered any real assistance. I've had to cancel my credit card and don't know if I'll get the dodgy transactions reversed. Be careful and only buy from online shops that are legit/well-known.

I had an issue with funds removed without me being aware I was entering a membership arrangement. The matter is being dealt with quickly. More important response was quick and blame wasn't placed on me as has happened with other businesses.

Alors que naturellement, je n’ai souscris à aucun abonnement !
Heureusement pour moi, j’ai utilisé une carte bancaire virtuelle à usage unique car quelques minutes plus tard, ils ont tenté d’encaisser un second paiement !
Attention, ne vous faites pas avoir !!!

They tried to scam me sending me an email pretending to be a delivery company which lacked data to deliver my parcel. Then they asked me to pay a fee for such delivery. Obviously I wasn't expecting any parcel so I knew from the beginning they were scammers

EDIT: THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO HIDE MY REVIEW BY ASKING FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. IF I REFUSE TO PROVIDE IT TRUSTPILOT WOULD PREVENTIVELY HIDE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I DID SHARE SOME DATA BUT OBVIOUSLY I DONT WANT TO SHARE MY DETAILS WITH A SCAMMER

This company is a scam. They send a spam text claiming you have a package to be shipped, and asking you to pay the shipping / duty fees. This is a scam way to get you to log into banking, after which they trigger a 'membership' and start charging biweekly. Attempts to resolve with the company are dealt with scam replies claiming a membership was signed up for and attempts to get you to pick 'rewards' with your existing membership 'points'. After agreeing to cancel my 'membership' the charges to my visa continued and I have to go through visa to block them now.
