Absolutely terrible/non existent customer service. Waited over a month for an order to arrive and had quality issues with some of it as it was unusable. Used the chat bot on their website as wasn't getting anywhere with emails to which I got a reply saying it must have been a bad batch and they would send some more out. It's been 2 months, multiple emails, calls (no answer) and sending messages on their chat bot and no reply to any of them. I see they have now taken down their website saying they are updating it, but think it's because they are being bombarded with complaints!
I have been a customer of Spoilt Rotten Beads for years and they customer service was first class, but under the new management it's awful! Makes me think that the company has been bought as a front and the new owners have no interest in selling beads!! Avoid!
Avoid like the plague!!
This is a one star review only because no stars isn’t an option. I ordered from this company on 4th May and after waiting four weeks for delivery I emailed them twice before receiving a response promising that the order would be dealt with that day and sent out by first class post. Three weeks and two further emails later I have received nothing and there has been no reply to my emails. It appears that this company has gone completely to the dogs under the new management. My advice is to avoid them unless you want to throw your money away.

UPDATE: Still nothing received and no response to 2 further emails, only response was from a bad Google review which I responded to. Will definitely not buy from again it has been a month since the order was placed.
AVOID BUYING. Placed an order on 2 May. Emailed after a week as no response, emailed again a week later, surprisingly there has been no response to either of these so I phoned the number on the website (Ely number), there was no reply just an answering machine. Not defeated I used the chat bot on the website and sent an email via shopify to which I did get a response with apologies for the error and it would be sent first class the next day. A week later and still nothing recieved but still getting emails promoting their website. I understand it's under new management so not looking good for the future.
STEER CLEAR!!!! I checked the reviews before ordering…
I checked the reviews before ordering and all was brilliant. However what I hadn’t realised was the company was recently sold and I was now under the mercy of the new owners….. wow totally different kettle of fish. Ordered on the 5th May and eventually after me messaging, emailing and trying to call repeatedly and being robbed off, ignored or just straight up lied to I got my order delivered on 16th May. If you are waiting on an order chase chase chase but don’t ever go back again I know I certainly won’t.
Customer service email is none existent. Order never arrived.
Ordered some beads over a week ago with no update on the order. Still haven’t received it. No tracking information. The customer service never replied to any of the emails.

Absolutely top notch customer service
I have shopped with Spoilt rotten beads for a few years now, always good service, but this past few weeks, Juliet has outdone herself, I wanted to make a beaded cover for a Christmas bauble and I could not find the required beads anywhere, so I asked Juliet if she could help and she did, she asked me to give her some time as she would have to source them, but I think it was two days when she told me they were on the way and she’d let me know when they were in so I could order them. I’ve now made the bauble cover and once again Juliet has helped me choose different colour ways, honestly, her customer service is 10 star, I won’t go anywhere else for beads now.

Both times she’s been patient, polite, and extremely helpful. Even though I tend to email during times where it would be expected to be ignored until the next business day.
Knowing someone like Juliet runs SRB keeps me coming back to order over and over again!
Best bead shop around
I have used Spoilt Rotten Beads for a lot of years. All the staff are very knowledgeable and no question is to small to sort for you. It is now an online shop but still gives help in choosing beads and colourways either by phone or email. Also you can book a 1 hr shopping experience with staff on hand to personally help with any queries. Plus tea or coffee whilst you wander around the warehouse choosing whatever you like. The shop supplies all you could ever need to make jewellery etc.
All of the staff are very kind and wonderful. My second home even online.
If they do not have what you are looking for then ask and Juliet (the owner) will do her best to obtain what you are looking for.
This shop does a quick delivery from time of ordering usually delivered within 2 days minimum.

Spoilt Rotten Beads is a fabulous place to buy Beads, the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, the big beady weekends give an opportunity to work with International designers. I can not fault them.
Helpful advice and good products
I phoned the company for advice and turns out I was speaking to the founder who really knows her stuff. She asked for a photo of what I was doing and just from that, she could advise what was suitable. She didn’t take advantage of my ignorance and add extras but only what I needed to finish my project.

Very happy with this supplier
I have recently started beading and found Spoilt Rotten Beads on Google. I have made a few orders now, and have found that the emails I get about when my orders are packed and then sent are very helpful. I have also had calls from the staff when I have ordered something that ended up not being in stock to see if an alternative is okay, which is fab service! They also called me when it seemed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake which I really think is very good in this day and age. I would definitely recommend them, and am a very happy customer. If there was any issue at all I would feel confident phoning them to see if it could be resolved and my only problem at the moment is I love all their stock but don't have enough money to buy it all!

After a few emails were exchanged with customer service, Vivien phoned me, and with her help and advice, she put me on the right track. My favourite bead shop bar none.
I have used spoilt rotten beans repeatedly for a number of years both for beads, accessories and tools. I love the tutorials for inspiration and the engagement and enthusiasm that the whole team shows. The customer service is superb and the quality of the products outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Good recovery
Opening a case with PayPal resulted in Becky from Spoilt Rotten Beads contacting me - it appears that my emails are filtered out by their email provider.
Refund issued on the spot, and review consequently updated. Original review left below as a reminder (to myself at least) that phone numbers still exist, and calling may be useful, if things go askew.

Ordered some brass rings to finish curtain tie-backs. "Shipped" next day; 10 days later, they haven't arrived. No response to messages.
I understand it's a very small transaction (£3.30 including postage), but an email response is even cheaper, particularly when you ask people to contact you prior to reviewing negatively.
Refuse to refund me.
I spent just over £15, I returned all of the beads as they didn’t match what I needed them for the company refunded me for 1 pack of beads and postage (all sent together but said they hadn’t received anything so they won’t refund me, despite me sending them proof of return with tracking that shows they are returned and have been signed for.
I pointed out that this is illegal however they still refuse to refund me. Disgusting customer service and robbery.
