Spoilt Belle Boutique Arvostelua 

I got a gorgeous dress yesterday for a wedding. What a fantastic shop so much choice so many beautiful dresses. The girls are so lovely and helpful. 5 star experience.

Waited far too long for my delivery 11 days to receive my order. Order confirmation says 5-7 days.

Purchased item in sale online, waited a week & hadn’t received so contacted store. Item out of stock, we can’t fulfill your order so we will refund you, yet item still instock online. Made them aware that it was still available online & the reply was oh it’s just been purchased by someone in store. This isn’t first time this has happened with purchasing online on spoilt belle.

I am very dissatisfied... I placed an order on June 20th — it's for a Guess skirt. Since that date, my order has been pending pickup by the delivery service. I do have a tracking number, but apparently the package never left the warehouse. I requested a refund, but I haven’t received any update...

Love Spoilt Belle boutique and have bought a few things from it. Recently ordered a dress online but unfortunately had to return it ( too big). Was shocked to find the return shipping fee was £8.71. I live in the UK.
Has really put me off buying from SBB again. So for a dress that i dont have, im only receiving 2/3 of a refund ( initial shipping fee of £5 and return shipping fee £8.71)

When i received the package it was
Open and the box was damaged I emailed to see what way I could return the package no answer tried ringing and goes straight to voicemail which I left two and still
No reply bad customer service

Beautiful Guess bag, exactly what i was looking for. Ordered it to take as airplane bag but sadly delivery did take longer than i thought it would. Ordered on Sunday didnt arrive until Friday.

Placed an online order and was ready to collect the next morning, very quick turn around.

The staff in this boutique shop are incredible! So helpful and friendly, and the selection of clothes and accessories is incredible.

Wrong trouser delivered. After a couple of emails, managed to get a response from the owners who were very helpful/responsive and arranged a return with postage cost refunded. Hopefully will have better luck next time!

I love spoilt belle and have been a regular customer for over 6 years.

I also follow their stories and Rachel’s instagram always good humour along with seeing lovely clothes

Package arrived on time, I waited in for the delivery in hindsight was a good idea, as the delivery driver left the package on the front door step, for all to see when passing by.
