Seems a decent site, won on my initial bet to get free bets and won, withdrew funds in my bank account within a hour, I didn’t get free sign up bets so emailed and they replied about half hour later explaining why, because I had a account with another site they are affiliated to.

Played slots had some good bonuses and won and withdrew again no issues.
The only thing about the site I’ve placed some bets and there hard to find on the website. It’s not the easiest website to use however genuinely not a bad site at all.

How many people have used phone bills to play on this site ?? I'm looking to position they repay every stolen penny and more.... this site installs software into your phone, you'll notice glitching etc?

To back my claim I have screen recorded all play and conversations. This is an actual scam! Please be aware. If you're already too far in, help me get it all back. I'm sure EE etc will be happy to know that they are being used as a payment method on an illegal scamming site. Especially when they have been tampering with the devices they provided! I just wrote an email calling them out and my phone is glitching again. They have everything from me! Everything. And yet I get Ben day and night and gas lit, well terms work both ways. Joined won £20 took £5 bonus off me but I used real money.have 2 x £10 bets on and now I've been told to wait for a email because my account (I've been locked out for some unknown reason) watch this space

Absolutely shocking site. I’ve waited over a week fir a withdrawal and there’s no way to contact a human being… I think it’s just a scam and the poor trust pilot reviews would support this… stay away from these scammers

I won big and I’m feeling like I’m getting scammed to not get paid.

Got asked to verify account so they could release the pending withdrawal, I verified uploading the docs via the game as requested, had a response that one of them wasn’t original which is a phone bill downloaded straight from my phone app provider

Chased this on live chat with customer service (which by the way awful) only got answered with copy and paste answers, been chasing this since Sunday, I got frustrated because I feel they giving excuses not to pay out my winnings, I said I just wanted my pending withdrawal and close the account because the way they are handling it’s awful, but before closing the account I want my money, I know by law if you decide to close the account they need to release your funds because you won then legitimately, this lady Izzy went ahead and suspended my account without my consent when I specifically said I want my money first and then closed it. She went ahead and suspended and closed the chat with a copy and paste company goodbye I thought that was extremely disrespectful and rude, gave more suspicion that they are trying not to pay me.

I emailed security team with the documents again 2 days ago to verify the account once and for all and had no response or update.
I emailed customer yesterday regarding an update of what’s going on and where’s my money, no response or update either,

I feel like they slowing attempting not to pay my winnings, it’s £4500 I can’t just let go, I won fairly on their casino but it feels like they are dragging this not to pay, this is not nice, I just want my pending withdrawal and don’t want to play or deal with them ever again, awful customer care,

You good while u deposit and playing, once you win big this is the awful treatment you get, security team doesn’t even email you to update on your account you need to chase which is awful, when you chase customers services don’t know or care just copy and paste robot answers to look good, I have every conversation in case I need to raise this further, it’s a shame the customer care it’s awful like this I just want my money

Awful customer care! Don’t play with them! Cause if you win big this is how they act

Received an email inviting me to sign up with a £20 deposit to receive £35 free bet.
Only condition was the bet placed must be at 1.5 or better.
Did this and received no free bet.
They claimed the small print read" you do not get the offer if already signed up to a different partner".
Two things, the partners are never mentioned and the small print wasnt showing me this info either.
Stick to reputable bookies and learn from my mistake of trying to mine easy gold.

Spinzwin doesn’t even deserve one star unfortunately had to!!!! This company never informed me that when you reach a certain limit for the year they restrict your account then demand your bank statements/wage slips ect over the internet,there is so much fraud going on due to hackers so I won’t send mine,I feel this company took my money no very many wins,I think this company should be looked into😡

They do not pay out

They want to steal your money, set expiration dates on free bets and even cancel your bets like they did to my friend. They have rubbish customer service and also the free 20 quid bet you get cannot be placed on anything above even money my bet for 20 was to win 22 its pathetic you cant even put on 2/1 lol there yet they will let you bet whatever with your money there scared you win basically. They hide behind there terms and just want to take your money basically. There sports betting also is missing most matches in football. They are officially there worst betting site I have ever come across in my life and I am registered with all of them. Do not bother replying to this as I will never deal with a company like yours ever again, I immediately closed my account and wasted my money with them. Oh well back to virgin and william hill at least they understand customer service and do not screw there customers including no expiration on free bets. To spinzwin who reads this, keep the change you bunch of dodgy filthy animals!

Hi what stupid company. Spinzwins and monster casino are run exactly by the same company. My passport is out of date .but as a good will gesture from monster casino that have payed up.as for Spinzwins they are refusing to pay up bear in mind these are run by the same company.i feel like a migrant in my own country. I have been born and breed in this country. So advice for the stupidity
