Don't know if I'm having a lucky spell, but this site seems to play well for me. I had made a series of withdrawals which transferred almost instantly. I managed to win a larger sum which did not go to my bank immediately. As seen in other reviews, there was no listing for pending or accepted withdrawal for this one, but I received the payment about 36 hours later. I've read that larger cashouts can take more time on all sites. I would advise on all sites to get your verification done as soon as you sign up to prevent any delay waiting for your dosh! Also be careful of the game you choose to play on this site and others. Some, such as Pirots 3, can pay amazingly well, but can also give you a long series of dead spins, whereas a game like Bouncy Balls tends to wear you down gradually.

Tried to take a withdrawal out a few weeks ago now it didn’t come through as I had to verify. Furthermore I verified waited another week still nothing.

I opened an account on 08/07/2025, deposited £41 and won £1,300 playing slots. The next day my account was closed and my winnings were confiscated with an allegation of “bad faith.” They later refunded my £41 deposit but still refuse to pay the £1,300.

Key issues:
• Operator refused to provide their ADR details in live chat (they disconnected when asked).
• I have submitted multiple ID documents to correct a DOB typo and received no meaningful response.
• I have screenshots of the chat disconnection, the refund, and the operator’s emails.
• I have reported the matter to MGA, eCOGRA (ADR) and the UK Gambling Commission.

3 days ago, on Monday, I won 5k after catching SUPER SCATTERS. And eventually my balance went up to 9k after hours and hours of play. I requested a withdrawal of 2.5k on Monday 8th @9.45 pm. They say that withdrawals, take up to 48 hours max to be approved, and such approval will be sent via e-mail. After 48 hours, I received nothing so I contacted their live chat. The agent told me that 48 hours haven’t yet passed because my request was made on the 9th!!! @ 9.45pm! I checked on my pending withdrawals list, and found out that they had edited my dates so to pretend that the 48 hours haven’t yet passed!!!!! When I told the agent, she said that it was a genuine mistake from their end!!! An hour after my balance went down to 350!! From €9k to 350 euro!! Along I received an e-mail saying that they have the right to refuse any winnings they decide to refuse!! Guys!! Can you imagine how I felt?! Very unfair and absolutely horrendous! I’m still feeling very sad and angry 😡 I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this online casino guys! They just take away your money as if you have never ever won it. Never again will I deposit a single euro to this scammer!!!

So sad as I’ve been playing for years and been winning a lot, until one day they locked my account and said they needed to check verification as it’s protocol so I was like cool
