4 weken geleden op Spinstar.bet gaan spelen. Als snel had ik een hoog bedrag gewonnen. KYC was inmiddels goed gekeurd. Opname gedaan. Opname geweigerd. Ze moet nog aanvullende documenten hebben. Dit verzonden. Opnieuw een opname gedaan, weer afgewezen en weer moesten ze een document hebben. Dit speelt al drie weken. Iedere keer als ik een opname doe, dan wordt hij afgewezen en ik moet weer een nieuw documenten sturen. Ze verzinnen iedere keer weer iets nieuws om maar niet te hoeven uit te betalen. Ik word flink aan het lijntje gehouden. De helpdesk is vriendelijk, maar houden je ook aan het lijntje. Deze site betaald niet uit. Ik heb inmiddels bij diverse website waar ze hoog geprezen worden een klacht ingediend. Ga hier niet spelen. Ze willen alleen maar geld en betalen niet uit.

Impossible to withdraw
I submitted a withdrawal request that has been rejected multiple times. I have provided all the documents required for the KYC procedure, but each time they ask for something different, even a selfie. I am curious to see if I will actually receive my money. I will update my review once I know more.
Edit: they say that my account is ok now but its false. They keep rejecting my withdrawal stating there are missing documents. I have sent everyhting a thousand times.
UPDATE: Finally I received my funds. Took almost 2 weeks.
