Today is day 4 of waiting on my last redemption from spinsagacasino.com and I go to check the status of my redemption and can't get into my account I'm not in a restricted state or any of that. And I can't get a response from there support. I even called the number they have and no one answered. I thought his place was legit but now I'm thinking other wise. That is terrible business. And after I had to purchase to even redeem. Makes me suspicious that there where going to pay anyways. Yesterday I was told by there support I would have my redemption in 24 hours and now my account is Un accessible. If this is how they treat people they don't need to be open.

I am incredibly frustrated with the current state of prize redemptions on this platform. My VIP tier explicitly states 48-hour processing, yet I have been waiting over a full month for my oldest redemption.

To make matters worse, for each of my last 5 redemptions, I’ve had to constantly pester chat support just to get them moving. It seems they only process anything if you happen to catch an agent online. This is the longest I've ever had to wait, and with 3 more pending redemptions sitting right behind this one (4 total), the backup is getting ridiculous. VIP perks mean nothing if you have to chase down support to get paid.

07/26 UPDATE - Still have 2 redemption pending from 6/15 and 6/16. I connected with a support agent early last week and they promised me I would receive one of my redemptions by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went and none of my redemptions got processed.

07/28 UPDATE - Chat support says they will look into the issue. Email support has not responded. I will draft and send a demand letter with a deadline before i file for arbitration with JAMS. There is a 300 filing fee for JAMS, but the cost to the site is ~2500.

07/30 - Chat support claims they are having technical issues with redemption. I made it clear that I do not believe them.

07/31 - I have submitted a formal Notice of Intent to Arbitrate via email to support at spinsagacasino dot com regarding my $1,400 in pending redemption. Please route this directly to your compliance and legal management team for immediate review.

08/06 - I was able to reach chat support 3 days ago. I was promised my redemption would be processed by the end of the day. I have yet to receive them. This is not the first time chat support has promised me that my redemption would be processed that same day. I will continue to pursue arbitration unless and until I am paid in full

08/19. I finally received my last two remaining redemptions and threatening arbitration and sending multiple messages to chat support reminding them my arbitration deadline is approaching.

Awesome Game

I started out having great experience. But then I continually had technical issues because games wouldn't load. I reached out to customer service and they were responsive and tried to help me figure out why I was unable to play games that I'd played before . My state borders a restricted state so i would rendomly be restricted and I spent a lot of time resetting my IP address so that i could play. When it came time to redeem, I was aware of the $50 a day, so I took a redemption every day for 4 days while continuing to play every day. The first redemption came right away. The other three are still pending on the website even though it clearly states 1-3 days pricessing so when I contacted customer service, they replied via email that I needed to wait 96 hours. And nowhere do I see on their website that it's supposed to take ninety six hours. The other issue is the redemption shows that I took it the day after I did So if I took the redemption on July 7th, it would actually show that I took it on July 8th, so I didn't get any of my redemptions during the week i submitted them.. now I have to wait through the weekend. I sent a follow up email asking about these inconsistencies and have not gotten a response. I spend a lot of money playing online and I can deal with small withdrawls and even a 3 day processing time what's upsetting is it seems like they are advertising one thing and then doing another. Also, when I first joined, there was an offer to receive a dollar for a trust pilot review and then after I started having issues that promotion disappeared from my account before I used it. I am experiencing everything the other 1 and 2 star reviewers are saying. I like the games but i will not spend anymore money on this site until I can trust that I will recieve my redemptions. I am nervous that I wont recieve my redemptions. It feels a little shady. As long as they are responsive and do what they say they are going to do im ok and i will give them my buisness. I'll be back to report on how this goes.
