Do not trust this platform.. At first they do instant redemptions on like $100 to earn your trust…. But then they stick it to you when you have a larger redemption. I played in this casino just for that, the instant redemption. Now they have me waiting like a week on my redemption and it still says pending.

I bought a package that had 50 free spins on an exciting new game! When I tried to get the free spins it said I was out of reign. So I let support know.. they gave me free spins that had no bonuses or free spins.. (the bonuses and free spins are the excitement of the game and the only reason why I pay for packages) and when I asked Ciara if she can trade them for something exciting (keno sucks, no free spins no bonus) she said no and I had to deal with it.. I used to love spin pals because their redemption was nearly instant, however, once I won a good chunk of money, they had me fill out tax form, & then immediately slowed down how long the redemptions took for me to receive it. I won this money back in June and it is now September and because of the $500 at a time limit paired with the fact that it is taking 14 days plus for one redemption to come out of my account, I still haven’t even received half of what I’m owed by them. I reach out every single day to contact Support and they give me the same generic information so it is just a surprise if and when I ever get my money. Because of this horrendous deal and how long this is taking I honestly do not recommend spin pals anymore.

i won 1200 and haven’t received a $1. i had an issue like this before it took them a week to payout. it’s now going on 4 weeks and my $500 is still pending and all the chat say is the redemption dept is still reviewing. i know for a fact i won’t get my money but they had no problem when i spent my $300 to get the $1300. the site is a scam do not use it

This platform is a joke. SpinPals Casino self excluded me and permanently shut down my account without my consent. It's been over a year now, and when I ask them to investigate they either never respond back or they lie and tell me they cannot self-exclude anyone and that I would have had to do it. From my understanding it's not a one step process and according to their terms and conditions they have to provide you with the proof and an investigation when asked. I was way up I had $13000, a live host, and instant redemptions. They also told me that since I self excluded myself, I forfeit all my SC. I tell you for sure I would not self exclude myself before I withdrew the money. Bunch of clowns. I am curious has anyone else had anything like this happen or been done dirty by SpinPals Casino?

One of the worst social casinos online. Don't bother winning too much here. They will make your redemptions take a month and overcharge for sweeps coins.

After some successful wins, my store is completely nerfed and not only do I never get any promos or discounts, but for every dollar they charge, they're only offering me 0.75 sweeps coins (75% value).

Bottom line is that they are dishonest, shady scammers who will nerf your account the moment you get any serious wins and your account is up. They only want losers. If you're not losing, they are not interested. They'll just give you scam offers.

Was a loyal customer but due to recent redemption it’s taking over a week for the funds to hit my account. Anyways I won’t be using their service anymore until they speed up the process and support was not helpful at all.
