This is a total SCAM site. It’s been a month now and every excuse possible for why my $2250 is delayed. What a joke sick shouldn’t be on here shut them down.

DO NOT PLAY HERE. I made a withdrawal of $750 on July 6, 2025. As of July 17, 2025….still have not received my winnings. I have chatted with live support who give the same answer every day…”unexpected delays in processing” and “have more patience.” I have also been sending emails but now they just stopped responding to those. This site is a scam please play on an actual legit site that will pay your winnings! This site does not even deserve 1 star!

Apart from the manipulation of games (they give you sth at first, but then they will drain your pocket), the most deceiving casino ever: i’ve asked 3 days in a row to close account and nothing! They habe no limits on the account and they dont close account after having asked them. Thank God I am not tempted to fall agaim, im curious to see how long it takes them to close it. Ill keep you posted. This is illegal, I may go to police to see what they can do about it. I will wait a bit longer for avoiding the hassle to make the effort, but eventually i eill do it for other users.

do not play here. it is fack and bad website. if you do deposit then you could be victim. if you wish to withdrawal same money that you deposited they can not allow. and bonus money - you can use only $8 and less (wager requirement - more than $26,000) it is impossible with $8 bet. I deposited money and freeze by website . it has been steal. deposit and withdrawal are very very ridicules. Don't trust on website. I would advice you all don't be a victim of money . that was happen with me. either they do not allow for withdrawal. however i did not play. i made an $1000 deposited. and tried for withdrawal system does not allow. It seems that a lot of people playing on your site were having the same withrawal issues as mine. Chat support has no ideas if what seems to be the problem about the delays, as a company, every important matters should be rolled out to your employees especially those on live support.

I made my withdrawal last 27th of January at 1:55 am and it has been a total of 5 days now and i didn't receive any yet. Per their disclaimer it is clearly stated

"withdrawal will be process within 3 days after the day it was made, excluding weekend"

I am not sure if this one of your delaying tactics, so your customers will end up cancelling their withdrawals.

Please play fair with your customers as their looses is more than their winnings.

I made withdrawal 28.12 and i still dont have money. I write to livechat everyday and they just write back i have to wait more, its 3 weeks from my withdrawal.

On the 6th and 8th of December I made withdrawal requests today is the 24th of December I have still not received the funds. I unable to contact anyone from this casino and the support is a joke. I am totally shocked at how I am treated after winning 12500 Nok, I deposit the money into the withdrawal on 15.12.2022 the next day the money is put back into my playing account by spinit, I put the money back into the pending withdrawal on 16.12.2022 to again experience the money being put back into my player account, this is pure fraud and deception, I expect my money to be paid to me immediately.
Today I got this letter from spinnit that the site is being shut down?...

absolutely shocking customer service. let me bank £10 and let sun to the point of £300. i went to withdraw and i couldn’t. the phone line doesn’t work, live chat doesnt work so i emailed i got a response stating to send some documents so they could offer me a refund as my account was in a cool off period so i couldn’t withdraw! well isn’t that just nonsense. absolute joke and i want my winnings. i’ve been waiting hours and all im getting is the same response it’s getting dealt with no need when people okay these sites and you can’t even speak to anyone!!!! 😡

update- went back onto my account and it let me withdraw it but still not recieved my £300
