Stole my winnings using a false "Duplicate Account" excuse
I deposited €86 and played through the wagering requirements until I reached a balance of €400. I submitted a withdrawal request, waited two days, and then contacted support.
Instead of getting my winnings, I received an email from their "Security Department" claiming my account was a "duplicate" of another account. This is completely false — I have only ever created one account at SpinInio.
They used this vague excuse to confiscate my €400 balance, reducing it back to my original deposit of €86. They are now forcing me to withdraw only my deposit and closing my account.
It is incredibly suspicious that this "duplicate account" issue was only "detected" after I won and requested a withdrawal. They had no problem taking my deposit and letting me play, but the moment I try to cash out my winnings, they invent a policy violation to steal the money.
This feels like a clear scam tactic to avoid paying out legitimate wins. I will be reporting this to the relevant gambling authorities.
Be very careful playing here — if you win, they will find an excuse not to pay you. Also, i have screenshots of our chats and my balances, is there anything I could do in this scenario?

Ich bin leider spielsuechtig und habe zum eigenen Schutz den Selbstausschluss beantragt. Auf meine Mails hat das Casino bisher nicht geantwortet. Das ist unseriös, skandalös und menschenverachtend.

Meine persönliche Erfahrung mit diesem Casino war leider sehr negativ.
Ich habe mit einer Freebet gespielt und später einen Gewinn von etwa 3.000 € erzielt. Als ich auszahlen wollte, wurden immer neue Anforderungen gestellt, darunter Verifizierung und weitere Schritte, die ich nach meiner Auffassung erfüllt habe.
Trotzdem wurde meine Auszahlung von ca. 2.700 € abgelehnt und auch mein Restguthaben von etwa 250 € entfernt. Auf meine Nachfragen wurde wiederholt auf die Bonusbedingungen verwiesen.
Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass auf der Bonusseite ein Maximalgewinn von 20.000 € angegeben war, mein Gewinn aber deutlich darunter lag.
Ich empfehle jedem, vor der Nutzung die Bonusbedingungen sorgfältig zu prüfen und alle Screenshots sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Support zu speichern.
Dies ist meine persönliche Erfahrung.

I deposited, played, and reached the minimum withdrawal limit. It's been over 3 days of trying to get my money out, but they keep moving the goalposts with new requirements. I met the rollover for my real balance. While the site is user-friendly and has good promos, the withdrawal process is a bureaucratic nightmare that just won't end.

Probleme bei der Einzahlung
Spininio oder spininio66715 scheint ein Betrug zu sein vom Gefühl her.
Ich habe mich da angemeldet und meine erste Einzahlung mit Cashlib getätigt in Höhe von 150 Euro.
Der Code hat funktioniert und die Einzahlung auch. Ich musste mich sogar verifizieren mit dem Ausweis sowie ein Adressennachweis. Jedoch steht bei der Transaktion ,, ausstehend „.
Nun habe ich wie üblich den Support kontaktiert und das 3 mal.
Der erste sagt: Bitte warten sie 30 min.
Der zweite: Wir brauchen eine Rechnung wo sie den Cashlib Code gekauft haben.
WTF?!
Die dritte sagt: Wir haben technische Probleme 😂😂
Ich warte jetzt noch ein bisschen ab.
Da ich aber öfter spiele und inzwischen ein Gefühl entwickelt habe, ist mein erster Eindruck das es da nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht.
Ich habe immer mit Cashlib eingezahlt und nie Probleme gehabt.
Für die anderen hier, lasst die Finger von diesem online Casino

Die Einzahlung wurde erst gutgeschrieben, nachdem ich meine öffentliche Bewertung abgegeben habe. Ohne Plattformen wie Trustpilot wäre bis heute vermutlich nichts passiert.
Daher sehe ich keinen Anlass, meine Bewertung zu überdenken – zumal mir in der Sache letztlich auch Recht gegeben wurde.
Zusätzlich habe ich mittlerweile die Schließung meines Kontos beantragt, doch selbst diesem Anliegen kommt Ihr Service nicht nach. Auch das bestätigt meinen bisherigen Eindruck.
Aus diesen Gründen bleibe ich bei meiner Meinung.
