What is going on??
Ive been waiting over a week now for my withdrawal or a response from the financial team and ive heard nothing from them. Message the support team and they tell me the same thing please provide the bank statements or it has been paid you need to contact your bank, have done everything they have told me to do and still havent heard from team. My deposit has been pending for over 12hrs. I have provided proof of payment from paysafe and yet every customer support agent tells me it’s a paysafe issue. I’ve been told the payment will be declined in 24hrs and then I was told it would be declined in 2days and then 24hrs again. I have no idea where my deposit is.
