My problem got solved in no time. Very fast and proffesional!

I am submitting this complaint regarding Spinanga.
On February 3rd, I submitted a withdrawal request after winning a total amount of €8,500 at the casino. Since that date, my withdrawal has not been processed.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I continue to receive the same explanation — that there is a high workload in the finance department responsible for processing withdrawals. This response has been repeated for weeks without any clear timeline or meaningful progress regarding my payment.
Furthermore, according to the casino’s withdrawal policy, players are allowed to have a maximum of three active withdrawals at a time, and the maximum withdrawal amount per request is €500. In order to withdraw €8,500, I am required to submit multiple €500 requests. This makes the process unnecessarily long and complicated.
When combined with the ongoing delays, this policy results in an extremely time-consuming and psychologically exhausting experience. It creates the strong impression that the system is designed in a way that discourages players from successfully withdrawing their legitimate winnings.
I consider this practice unfair and highly concerning. I am simply requesting that my lawful winnings of €8,500 be processed and paid without any further delay.
I respectfully ask for an immediate review of my case and the prompt completion of my withdrawal.

Casino de voleurs, ils m'ont volé plus de 500€ sur des jeux qui ne font pas partie du wonderpot, je n'ai pas fait attention de suite c'est quand j'ai été voir l'historique car je joue en automatique, mise 1€ ils prenaient 0,30€, je réponds ici a votre commentaire, j'ai demandé plus fois au live chat chaque jour, un jour je devais avoir une réponse par mail et la dernière personne me disait que c'était de ma faute mais les sommes prises n'était pas des jeux de Wonderbox je prouver avec plusieurs photos mais rien ne changé comme si je parlais a un mur

Update (16.03.26): und weiterhin ist rein gar nichts passiert. Die u.s. Nachricht von spinanga das ich eine Email schreiben soll und bla bla (was ich natürlich getan habe!) - wurde wie man sieht nur geschrieben um den Schein zu erwecken das man sich darum kümmert. In Wahrheit passiert absolut garnichts! Ich kann von der Nutzung nur abraten. ICH WERDE HIER GANZ KLAR ANGELOGEN UND BETROGEN!!!

Update (03.03.26) : es ist weiterhin einfach nichts passiert und das Problem besteht weiterhin. Bin mir sicher das sich niemand um das Anliegen kümmert und es sich um Betrug handelt. Mit Service hat das alles hier definitiv rein gar nichts zu tun!!

Update (25.02.26) Nach der Antwort von spinanga hier bei trustpilot habe ich, so wie ich es laut der Anweisung machen sollte, am 17.02.26 nochmal eine Email geschickt. Bis jetzt ist trotz all dem weiterhin nichts passiert...! Warum Kümmert sich einfach niemand darum????

Seit über 7 Monaten bekomme ich eine andauernde Fehlermeldung und kann die Sammlung in meinem Profil, für welche ich bonusgeld bekommen würde, nicht abschließen. Habe es schon so oft per Email an den Support gemeldet und auch mehrfach im live Chat, aber es tut sich rein gar nichts. Nicht nur das niemand sich darum kümmert, ich bekomme noch nicht einmal eine Antwort auf meine Mails, obowhl es mehrfach versprochen wurde. Sehr schade, wenn man sich das durch Einzahlungen etc erarbeitet und dann zufällig bei dem letzten Feld das man für einen Bonus benötigt, es auf einmal nicht mehr funktioniert. Habe so etwas noch nie erlebt und bin entsetzt vom Service!

​Their excuse was that it was a 'Gold' number, yet in the exact same round, they paid me an x75 multiplier on another number without any issues. This is a clear technical glitch and a scam to avoid paying large wins.
​When I tried to resolve this with customer support, they deliberately delayed my withdrawal for days, hoping I would lose the money back – which I eventually did due to the frustration they caused. Now, they have BLOCKED my access to Live Chat so I can't even complain.
​Avoid this casino at all costs! They manipulate the games and block users who ask for their fair winnings. I have all the screenshots as proof and will be taking this to the licensing authorities and AskGamblers.

Au dela des pertes ou des gains qui font partie du casino.
Je reproche surtout à Spinanga un retrait limité a 500€/jour maximum, des retraits tres tardif aussi.
Je leur ai demandé de cloturer mon compte au moins 10 fois afin de ne plus jouer, ils vous mettent un bonus et ne ferme pas le compte, contrairement à d’autre casino qui le font sans broncher dans les 24h.
En bref je ne recommande pas du tout.

Ho vinto una cifra importante, appena ho iniziato a richiedere i prelievi sono stato declassato dal livello 4 (1000€ di prelievi al giorno, velocizzazione prelievi ecc) al livello 1(livello base, 500€ al giorno max di richiesta prelievi ecc ecc).
Le uniche risposte che ho ricevuto sono state pre impostate e poco rassicuranti.
Sto ancora cercando di prelevare i miei soldi, mi vengono accettati i prelievi ogni 10giorni come media( ho atteso anche 20 giorni una volta, in questo momento sto attendendo dal 26-01-2026)
Pessima esperienza, soldi vinti in modo legale e lecito che non si possono prelevare se non con le tempistiche che decidono loro, oltretutto vanno oltre le tempistiche da loro stessi decise.

This casino is a big scam. New users if you planning to open the account be careful. There is a section called collection where you complete the set using fut coins. I comlpet the collection and get nothing.Over 4week and still the same answer we gonna email u and nothing big scam!!
