They had no issue taking my deposit. I deposited $25, I won $500. I tried to withdraw and all I get is error messages which tell me to contact the customer support which apparently doesn't exist. (There is no live chat, just redirects you to another casino). This casino is a total SCAM! They purposely make it next to impossible to contact them. They STOLE from me and many others by the look of these reviews. Wish I had read the reviews before I played! This casino needs to be shut down!

Stay AWAY from this casino. I won 300$ could not withdraw. The support on the chat will tell you that you need to verify your account again even if they just verified it 2 days ago. They will tell you that everything is find on their side. But you will still have error message and will not be able to withdraw. I thougt it was just me but my boyfriend is right now having the same issue. They say they will excalate but they never come back to you. And its soooo hard to talk with someone.

After trying to resolve this with their chat support I was told it's still in review, I do not have a preferred withdrawal method, but no I don't need to submit anything else and to just continue waiting until I get another email saying the review period is over? I'm honestly confused as they originally reached out to me to let me know in the first place I had outstanding funds yet make no effort to return them to me. At this point it feels like every time I reach out for an update since they don't provide any to me I'm being brushed aside. I was contacted initially July 2025 and it is now March 2026.
