Service is very slow , got replied back after almost a year of waiting to my issue. The website is also confusing. Terrible experience! Although, I got a call from the customer service person, Ayla, agreed to refund me after a year.

The customer service staff were attentive and sympathetic.

ON MY FAST EXPERIENCE HERE.ON THIS COMPANY I FEEL VERY BAD.
TO IMPROVE YOU SERVICES:
1.] YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION WHAT IS THE MAIN PROBLEM
2.] YOU MUST KNOW TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS
3.]YOU MUST GIVE SATISFACTION TO.THE CUSTOMER
4.]IF CUSTOMER WANT TO REFUND OR CANCELLATION MAKE IT FAST OR ACTION RIGHT AWAY
5.] YOU MUST SETTLE IT NOT MORE THAN 8 MONTHS AGO.
6.] SO THAT CUSTOMER WILL MORE HAPPIER IF YOU ABRUPTLY DO THE ACTION

Miałem problem ze spicyhub.store, więc skontaktowałem się z nimi i wyjaśniłem sytuację. Zespół skontaktował się ze mną i naprawił problem.

Salve senza che ho fatto nessun abbonamento mi vengono addebitati 6,95 due volte al mese. Adesso andrò a fare una bella denuncia. Sono ben tre mesi che mi fregano soldi

Certamente i disguidi dipenderanno da me che non conosco bene l'inglese e, a fronte di questo evidentemente a furia di accettare, alla fine ho confermato anche l'iscrizione, il che è assolutamente fuori dalle mie idee. Infatti io non ho alcun abbonamento a cicchesia applicazione.
In questo caso devo dire che, anche se con un po' di ritardo, ma mi hanno risposto alla mia richiesta di rimborso.
Ovviamente per concludere positivamente la vicenda, accetto le proposte del team per quanto concerne il rimborso.

Finalmente ho risolto grazie all'ottimo supporto telefonico e via e-mail il mio problema genitlissimi e super disponibili. OTTIMA PROFESSIONALITA' !

I was asked for feedback and if did this I would get my membership refunded promptly. This has not happened Now I feel that I was tricked into given feedback. Not nice .

Dopo essermi trovata degli addebiti non autorizzati, il sito mi ha contattata per risolvere il problema.
Resto in attesa di vedere che la procedura di rimborso vada a buon fine.

I had a very bad experience with spicyhub. I thought I was paying for some products, little did I know I was being tricked and scammed into paying for subscription. I will never trust this company again. They are pretending to sell something and they will charge your bank account of a membership which you have never applied for in the first place. They are scammers, trying to scam people into subscribing to their stupid website.

Please do not use spicyhub or gadgetgeek, they are a scam, pretending to sell something and when u paid for the products, suddenly u will realize that all you've paid for is a stupid membership from gadgetgeek.store and spicyhub. Never again will I trust anything on internet! Do yourself a favor and never, ever trust spicyhub. They are scammers, pretending and lying they do not know your email and other details but they kept charging my account. Please report this scammer!

Mie stato addebitato oggi 06/04/24 un importo di 46.95 sensa sapere manco che cosa siete disconoscere subito dalle vostre operazioni sennò denucero!

I haven't order any item from your store but
why are there two unknown or fraudulent transactions have passed in my account (credit card).

I have advised my credit card center for those scammed transactions and they will be taking in account...
