Amazing at first when finding me a new role. Completely went down hill after that when leaving the role, no replies, emails ignored repeatedly. Such a professional way of dealing with things👍

Joe penny started off very helpful and then just didn’t get in touch and started completely ignoring emails after basically saying your cv has been passed on to the school you should hear back in a week and can then have a trial if they accept. Completely no idea what’s gone on or why he hasn’t replied but super unprofessional and annoying

Sophie and the team have been really proactive and had great energy to secure me interviews and make progress. I’m now in a brilliant role and am grateful to be working with SCG. The team don’t just want your CV to send out into what often seems like a black hole. They proactively match and make connections. I got calls saying ‘I’ll get you an interview for that role’ and it happens!! - A notable difference to how other agencies work. Fantastic stuff…

I first made contact with my consultant Brad via LinkedIn. The company is based in Preston and I am in London, so initially I had some reservations as to the number of contacts they may have with London public sector organisations, but no problems whatsoever. They have lots of experience! From the moment we started speaking, Brad made me feel at ease. He really listened to what I wanted in a role and provided me with realistic expectations, not giving me the "sales patter". He was proactively running several roles past me, obtaining feedback from a couple of interviews and used the information to source out the right type of role. I felt that Brad really wanted to secure a role for me, which he finally did. Within an hour of securing my role, I received a telephone call from their contact at Paystream. I was really happy with the service at Spencer Clark and my consultant, Brad and would recommend them.

Cameron was brilliant from Spencer Clarke. Kept me updated, found me a great placement. I had a really positive experience and would recommend to anyone looking for recruitment agency.

Richard secured me my first role which I will be forever grateful for however was completely AWOL as my contract ended. No support to find a new role, no replies to calls, emails etc. I managed to find a new role with another agency Richard’s response? To completely ignore all future contact from me. I have tried other agents such as Adam, promises of phone calls never happen, requests to be submitted for roles, no response.
Absolutely spat their dummy out I secured a role with another agency because I had to!
