Purchased a phone for my sons birthday
Purchased a phone for my sons birthday, in stock etc, bought loads of accessories elsewhere. No response requesting shipping details, they contacted me to say phone no longer available would I like a replacement, to which I said no just a full refund, eventually had to open a paypal claim to reclaim the money. I used this company 3 years ago and they were appalling but I believe in second chances HOWEVER I will never use them again.

Pls read my story, and take care with Spemall!
In 2017 i wanted to buy two mobile phones and i was searching for the most reliable seller/shop on the internet. Of course i was checking the Gearbest, Geekbuying, TinyURL and found Spemall also.
At Spemall was advertised that they have Hungarian service, so i was thinking if there is any problem with the phone is possible to repair locally and much faster.
Therefore i choose to buy the phones from Spemall.
I bought a LePro3, and Zuk Edge. Unfortunately both of the phones have been damaged, the LePro3 screen has been discoloured, and the ZUK EDGE could not be charged. The problem notification to Spemall was fast and the answer from them to send to Hungarian service was also fast. At this moment i was very happy, i thought so good it will be repaired in one week and in 2-3 days i will get back the fixed phones. So i sent the phones and i waited. Nothing happened. So i asked the Hungarian service about the status. I go the info that both of the phone has to be repaired, the Le Pro 3 needs a new screen which will arrive from China, and the Zuk Edge has motherboard problem, which has to be send back to China for repair. Since then has passed 2 months and 1 week and no information. When i write email to Spemall, they just promise that it will be repaired urgently, and they will send back to me with priority.
So keep away to buy from Spemall, choose another competitor of them, because if you get any trouble with the phone you can forget the support.
Pls share, to reach this information as many people as it possible.

Uw geduld wordt danig op de proef gesteld
Eerste keer heel lang moeten wachten op het product maar de verzending verliep snel en belastingvrij.
De tweede was het product op voorraad en had ik het eveneens snel in huis.
Gezien de toch gunstige ervaringen voor de derde keer besteld maar dat was een drama. Na vier dagen werd het item verzonden maar het is reeds een maand onderweg terwijl het transport maximaal 11 werkdagen zou bedragen. Ik heb hun een ultimatum gesteld en ben benieuwd hoe het afloopt.

acquistato uno xiaomi dal loro sito, telefono fantastico arrivato in tempi brevi. Dopo 6 mesi la batteria si gonfia, scrivo loro una mail e prontamente mi danno il codice RMA e un centro di assistenza in italia da contattare.
Spedisco il telefono e dopo un paio di giorni mi ritorna riparato, fin qui avrei dato 5 stelle.
Ora lo stesso terminale non si carica più, e loro non rispondono ne alle mail ne sulla pagina facebook.

Compré un móvil que llego dañado. Lo envié a Ymovil. Y ya no he vuelto a ver ni el movil ni el dinero que pagué. Paypal me dijo que si le enviava de vuelta el movil que me devolverian el dinero... y no pueden, a dia de hoy, llegar a entender, que ese movil lo tenia Ymovil y que no lo podia devolver. Tras llamar y enviar correos, incluso presentarme en el domicilio del de Ymovil, sin obtener respuesta, me coge el telefono hoy. 6 meses después, para decirme que el no tiene mi movil, que lo envió de vuelta a la empresa.
Que se puede hacer aquí?
Lying and deceiving company
Ordered phone from the site and chipped in additional 10$ for so called "tax insurance". It states on their page, that if any tax costs appear, I would get that money refounded. After I payed for tax (I had to enclose their false billing documentation to customs, which they provide- you are not allowed to send original documentation, mind you) the customer service didn't want to refound the money, instead they offered me some instore coupons or some sh***y headphones. It was like exchaning e-mails with a spam bot. I am settling claim for partial refound over paypal dispuite at the moment.
Fraudulent and shady business, imho.
The phone itself is good, but totally not worth the trouble. I dread the day, if it comes, when phone breaks down, and I'll be forced to corespond with them again.
No warranty
Everything was perfect until I wanted to replace my phone under warranty.
They doesn't cooperate at all, because according to them, the problem is caused by an external factor and it's not under warranty. I've paid an extra fee for the warranty extension (+1 year) but it worth nothing because they won't fix my phone.

Todas as semanas me dizem uma mentira diferente. Alem de ter usado o suposto equipamento novo apenas por 3 dias fui eu que tive de pagar para enviar o telemovel para a reparaçao
La peor experiencia posible con el SAT …
La peor experiencia posible con el SAT de España (Ymovil - Sergio Jesus Pau Fayos). Después de múltiples excusas con el porqué de no recibir el material, y después de casi 4 meses de espera y múltiples denuncias, falta de comunicación y no contestación de su parte, me devuelven el móvil por reparar y en peor estado que antes del envío.
Algunas de las excusas:
- no hay material en mis proveedores
- han tardado en enviar el material
- el material ha quedado en aduanas más de un mes
- lo que estaba en aduanas no era mío
- más de 2 semanas sin respuesta (e-mail, teléfono, SMS, whatsapp, facebook), hasta llamar de un número distinto al mío - indica que no sabía ni que decir

Ho acquistato uno xiaomi mi5 4GB RAM e 128GB ROM ad Ottobre 2016. A Marzo 2017 il bluetooth smette di funzionare. Quindi mando in assistenza in Spagna il telefono (51 euro di corriere a mie spese). A tutt'oggi dopo quasi 4 mesi ed infinite sollecitazioni al servizio clienti non ho assolutamente notizie del mio telefono.
