Horrible lack of communication

I applied for a renewal on my loan as I was informed that my current loan was eligible for renewal. Completed the IBV request and all additional steps. It has been three days and 4 emails sent to info(@)speedypaidloans.com requesting an update on the status of my renewal and have received no response of any kind. Name on file is Christopher Medeiros and the email is chris_14_ice(@)hotmail.com
