Welcome to Speedy Prints based in Saltash Cornwall. Est 1996. We provide many printing services. We believe that high quality and attention to detail is very important. We check each and every print by eye to ensure a flawless printing service every time. We have many years of experience and will always put the customer first. We are proud to have worked with many satisfied customers over the years. over 26 years! to be precise, producing and printing beautiful photos from mobile phones, USB's and emails and various formats. We have also preserved precious memories of family and friends from converting old video tapes to digital format. We often get great feedback from customers who have asked us to either print, restore or digitise these wonderful moments. There are many services that we provide. To many to list. Nothing really speedy about them
Nothing really speedy about them. It took nearly 6 weeks and then they only sent them once I sent a reminder asking where they were.

Thanks for your feedback. Looking into your account, we can see that your order took nearly 5 weeks. And this was due to our machine upgrade which all customers were indeed made aware of prior to ordering. I can also see on your account that you were kept up dated through out the process including information about a blank film and a partial refund for this. If you had emailed requesting information on your order nearly 6 weeks after your order then this would have been dispatched prior to your email.

Exceptional level of service
Exceptional level of service and very quick too. I expected a wait because they had a backlog due to installing a new machine but the DVD was here the next week. They kept me informed every step of the process. At first I was a little worried what the quality of the DVD would be like because the VHS tape was 35 years old but it was perfect. Will definitely use again - thank you so much !

Perhaps they should have had a break in accepting films whilst they replaced a machine. Over a month to receive prints from two 35mm films. Hopefully this will go back to normal turnover. We were warned 4 weeks after we sent film, but it took longer than that.
Customer service quick to reply. Honest, gave us a refund because we had selected wrong film size. Prints good quality.
If they can improve turn around they would be 5 ⭐

Great service
Great service. Sent a bunch of films, some of them years old, got refund for ones that were unexposed. Took about a month as they were changing machines but I could check progress on their website. Exciting to get ‘prints in the post’ once again

Speedy Prints said 7-21 days processing…
Speedy Prints said 7-21 days processing time. 28 days later still no news, and their website with updates is from 10 days ago, so that hasnt been updated either. Very disappointed. However I have now been contacted by the owner who said that they had to install a new film processor machine which has caused a large back log of work. And they hope to catch up soon. Lets hope so!

All customers have been notified via email regarding a new film processing machine being installed. Rest assured we will be back on track in the next few weeks. I’m sure you can understand we receive thousands of films and any disruption in processing can cause a huge back log of work. Which we are working tirelessly to get through.
Our usual turnaround time is and always has been 7-21 days and sometimes longer at peak times as advised prior to ordering and via order updates and downtime can unintentionally happen without warning which is stated in our terms which you would have read and agreed to before making an initial order.
Incidentally there is also a message on the product page at the top of the screen advising customers prior to ordering.
We can ensure that we are now back on track and our now well within our normal 7-21 day turnaround.

Extremely slow service
I sent my disposable camera to have the photos developed, and having confirmed receipt of my camera on 15/7, over three weeks later I received an email to say there had been a delay in the process. I have had no further update from Speedy Prints since then and still await my photographs. Service has been poor. I recommend they change their name to Slow Prints instead.

As much as we appreciate your frustration that your order is taking longer than expected we ask for understanding in this matter and your valued patience. And again as much as we understand your disappointment in our advised turn around times, we don’t think a change of business name is necessary. As our new film processor has now been installed this will inevitably enable us to maintain our Speedy service going forward it’s just unfortunate that downtime is unavoidable in such matters. ;)

Perfectly speedy and straightforward!
Really straightforward and pleasant ly stress-free process. Excellently priced and a really cute, well-presented space. Thoroughly recommend for anyone needing printing done in the Saltash/Plymouth area!
