The quality of my Chelsea T-shirt is good and of good quality. I am just not happy with the turnaround time. I was told the item is in stock but it took close to 2 months for delivery.

Hi Thabo, thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you’re happy with your jersey’s quality. Your size L was purchased on pre-order, as stated in the listing and confirmation email, and dispatched on 30 September. We understand the wait was frustrating and appreciate your patience.

To be frank I was really skeptical to order from here because I wasn’t familiar with the store and there were some discrepancies with the online store and the physical stores from Google. But before ordering called all the numbers and spoke with Leonard (I think That’s what he said his name is) very calm guy. He reassured I’ll get my order on time and explained that reviews look the way they look because they just recently joined these platforms for reviews etc even though the stores have been there for decades. I received my order and got exactly what I wanted (omega Sandle ) they were in good condition and beautifully wrapped. The courier service also delivered on time (2 business days) and mind you I’m in Mpumalanga. I’m really impressed. Thank you

Feeback response times were excellent, and delivery happened on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. The only negative is the time it takes to receive the items which took a week but that is a very small negative.

Hi Andronica, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your order took longer than expected—we understand how disappointing the wait was.

During the delay, we communicated via WhatsApp, explained the supplier hold-up and offered a full refund if you preferred not to wait. We also shared tracking details once your shoes were dispatched. We do appreciate your point about having to follow up, and we should have been more proactive with updates.

Thank you for your patience and for confirming your shoes arrived. We hope you enjoy your Chuck 70s.

Kind regards,
The SpeedTrainer Team
