Awful customer service and poor product. I have bought a few times for different bikes, with a simple square TFT display i had no issues. This time the screen was for a Tiger 800 Sport so more complex, so much so they supply it with three different sections. Yes its an unusual shape and also not flat but the item wasnt close to the shape or dimensions needed. I contacted them and was told by the Director Matt that it was because i didnt know what i was doing and did it all qeong, despite having bought before with no issues. He asked me to send the used / unsuccessful screens back, which i did, then nothing? No contact no email nothing. I emailed asking them had they had them and he said no, we refunded you. Wasnt looking for a refund just decent customer service and a screen that would stick to my display. I should have checked on here before buying. Just wanted simple protector, got a refund and told to do one.

The screen protector damaged my screen! "Dust removal" left the glue on my screen. All has been already damaged!

El producto a día de hoy no ha llegado a mi casa, le pido un número de seguimiento y la respuesta es que el envío que realiza es económico, y no es posible hacer un seguimiento. Abro una incidencia a través de la plataforma, el vendedor se pone en contacto conmigo, y me dice y lo tengo por escrito, que si cierro la incidencia me “vuelve a enviar” el producto, pues bien cierro incidencia, y a día de hoy sin noticias, y sin paquete. Llamo a eBay y me dicen, que como he cerrado incidencia voluntariamente, ya no es posible reclamar…ojo con la empresa.

Fitted a TFT protector to my 1250GS for a European Tour. The bike was stolen but is fitted with a tracker so was recovered in an hour. Thankfully minimal damage, so I'm not going through my insurance company. But a scratch on the protector which would otherwise have damaged the TFT so it's done it's job.

Bought 2 lots as previously had before but same outcome follow instructions etc but still look bad with scratches after using the plastic card another £20 down the drain

Ordered a KOSO Speedo for my r nine t, it wouldn't be compatible with some of my extra functions, so called to cancel, no answer left messages, sent emails nothing, delivery was late and then after I chased again, the delivery was updated to dispatched 48hrs service, it hadn't, I had no notification from royal mail, so called emailed, and finally an email saying it had been refunded, well I paid by card, company paid by echeque, and after over a week then cheque hasn't cleared, look at the reviews, look at companies house statements, something not correct here, so bank and PayPal, will deal with this now, as company are unable to responsible and do the right thing. Not a good company to deal with at all. Check reviews and be very careful

Ordered on 19th December 2023 for a Christmas present. Still haven’t received (Jan 6th)
Called and emailed said mid to end Feb ‘24.

Not happy as wasn’t told would have to wait that long when ordering. Also disappointed re Christmas gift couldn’t give husband.

What a waste of money, gave up fitting them to my round clocks in the end! Maybe alright on a flat screen but on round ones they’re all over the place. Never had them before and never will again.

I do want to thank Matt for his kindness, his proactive behavior and the quality of the items ( so far so good ). Great professional !

I ordered the screen protector for my yamaha tracer 9 at a cost of £12.99, what a waste of money, I think the reason they send you two or three protectors is they know its impossible to fit them without bubbles. I gave up after the third attempt and binned them. I would rather look at minor scratches on my clocks than bubbles. Avoid.

Fast postage good product not much else to say

Matt from Speedo Angels is completely incompetent and a bully. I made three separate purchases for screen protectors for different bikes. The first was shipped and was completely the wrong protector. Emailed Matt and the sent the right ones, but took 4 weeks to arrive, but were small and did not cover the whole screen. 5mm gap right around. The second time, I ordered two ultra clear protectors. They arrived 6 weeks later and again, instead of ultra clear, I recieved the ultra glare. The third time, it had been 8 weeks and the protectors have still not arrived. I was prompted by ebay to leave feedback for protectors that have not arrived. Because of my experiences, I had had enough and left negative feedback about the purchases. I was instantly contacted by Matt the owner who bullied me via email and said it's not his fault or problem. He blackmailed me to change my feedback. He refunded my money eventually, but only on the terms that I update and remove the negative feedback on ebay. I did so reluctantly and on doing so, he has now blocked me from buying anything else on ebay. I'm never one to complain, but I paid good money on three separate occasions just for Matt to stuff it up. To bully someone because of their own incompetence and because the truth of the negative feedback hurts, shows the integrity of this man and his business. I will make sure now to let everyone know the integrity of Matt. You do not need to look far to find negative reviews against speedo angels and similar blackmailing behaviour from Matt. His business is dodgy and his product is of poor quality. Stay away from Speedo angels. I have since purchased new screen protectors on ebay. One from Germany that is of far superior quality and arrived in 2 weeks and another for my second bike from a company in Australia that arrived within a week. Buyer beware. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I learnt the hard way.

Update. Complete lies from Matt
He emailed me to force me to change my negative feedback. I wrote negative feedback because of the service I received from Matt and it was justified. He then bullied me to change it and then blocked me. I don't mind you replying and having your say, but be honest. I'm not the first customer you have done this to and if anyone reads the negative reviews, they will find the same thing. Evidently the experience has ended up to be a positive one as I found a cheaper screen protector from aliexpress for $2. Shipping in 10 days and the product is far superior to Matt's speedo angel screens. Better fit, better scratch resistance and easier application. Buyer beware and shop around. I would not trust Matt and his company. And never complain because you just receive bullying emails and replies like this to save his look and reputation.

Polite customer service when I had a query. Prompt postage. The products (nano-glass screen protectors) give excellent peace of mind for protecting my bike's TFT dash. They fit well, have no bubbles and are crystal clear. Would recommend to everyone who loves their bike!
