I would have happily covered the $23.10 import charges if you had informed me about them.

Unfortunately, I can only pay the return postage from my end. Any import duties or customs charges must be paid by the recipient.

Had you contacted me when DPD emailed you on 9 October, I would have transferred the money immediately to ensure the parcel was delivered.

Instead, the email went unanswered, and DPD are now returning the parcel to me. I have already spent £13 returning the two T-shirts, and I'm now going to be left with items that are no use to me.

This situation could easily have been avoided with a simple message. I have done everything required of me to return the items, and I don't think it's fair that I should lose out financially because the import charges were ignored.

I would appreciate it if you could explain how you intend to resolve this.

Don’t do business with this company! They have hidden tariff fees and you will get a large UPS bill before they will deliver your order.
I returned my items and they never refunded my money. They won’t return emails and it’s impossible to get a hold of them. Their Customer Service is nonexistent. You’re better off purchasing from Amazon.

Half the order shipped fast. The second part shows in stock but did not ship and the customer service is not responding. HORRIBLE customer Service. No responds to any email or calls.

I will never order anything from this company. They put the wrong zipcode on my order and my order got returned to shipper. Still waiting on my refund. Ended up buying something else for my son for Christmas.

I would give them no stars but it isn’t an option. I ordered a Lewis Hamilton 1:5 scale helmet and they said it would be two weeks before it ships and it has been 4 months. The website now says it’s back ordered for another two weeks. I have emailed customer service three times with no response. This website is absolute garbage and I recommend just ordering from F1.com. The wait time is longer but at least you get what you ordered and they respond if there is an issue. Stay clear of speedgear.com.

I ordered an item on December 8th that was in stock according to their web site. I figured that would be plenty of time to get here before Christmas. WRONG!!! WRONG!!! Thanks to their mishandling and lack of communication it will not be here until after Christmas. Very very angry at this point, So I have nothing good to say about these people.

I ordered a couple of small ticket items to try Speedgear out. I paid for regular, no-rush shipping and got it by the end of the week I had ordered it on. Their premium stuff is a bit too pricey for me, but I'd definitely buy from them again.

Speedgear's site was easy to navigate, their prices are very competitive for the quality of product, and the overall process was very smooth and swift for ordering and delivery.

This order was for DVDs, 2 on Ferrari, Le Mans and Grand Prix, GP Heroes-Mario Andretti and 2 History of Motor Racing I'm particularly excited about; 1950s and 1960s. Have always wanted to see GP racing from the early days! I've been a fan of Ferrari since I was a boy. The two classic racing films are highly regarded, so I can't wait to see them. And Mario is my all-time favorite racer!
