Redeemed themselves!
Had a few issues at first with tests failing to book but we had luck on the 3rd attempt. Test is now booked at the centre we wanted and much much sooner than if we had waited to book directly. Yes it does cost but for retakes it's better than waiting another 6 months.

Brilliant service
Was very worried about using this company as there are so many scams about but this is 100% legit. I couldn't get a test any sooner than 22nd of Jan 2026 but using this company I now have my test booked in 2 weeks times.

Vastaus yritykseltä Speed Booking UK
Hi there,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We always aim to deliver a reliable and trustworthy service, and it’s disappointing to hear you feel let down.
From what we can see, it looks like the booking was made under your friend’s name rather than yours directly. In order to process a refund or investigate this properly, we kindly ask that the original customer who made the booking contacts us via WhatsApp so we can locate the file, confirm the details, and resolve this as quickly as possible.
If a test was not provided, we are more than happy to issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked. Alternatively, as a goodwill gesture, we can also offer to rebook another test and only take payment after confirmation to avoid any further issues.
Please get in touch with our team on WhatsApp at 07928 194509, and we’ll get this sorted for you without delay.
Thank you,
The Speed Booking UK Team
