She took the time to speak with me, requested my résumé, and then failed to acknowledge receiving it or provide any update. Only after I withdrew my application did I receive an apology. Respect for candidates shouldn’t begin only after they’ve walked away. If this is how applicants are treated before they’re hired, think twice before trusting this company with your time.
