I ordered a Roland drum kit at 1:45pm, and it was delivered at 11:15am the next day in perfect condition. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I didn't have to interact with their customer services at all, so I can't comment on that. I would definitely order from them again.

I am experienced at buying musical instruments on line and have just bought a guitar from Spears Music. I placed an online order at approximately 13.00 and the item was delivered next day at 08.25.

The Taylor GS Mini-e Rosewood guitar I bought was pre owned and the description of the condition of the instrument was as described. In fact, I am still to find the slight blemishes mentioned on the website. It arrived securely and well packed so no damage in transit with FedEx.

This is my first time buying from Spear Music, but having experienced other suppliers, I can confidently say Spear deliver a reliable 5 star customer service.

I was very reluctant to buy a guitar off the web as I think guitar buying is something personal to individuals, however, after some research I came across Spears and Spears on YouTube. The demonstration and review given on the Taylor 214ce Plus Grand Auditorium Electro Acoustic Guitar by James captured my attention. The explanation and description given was more than good enough for me! I called the shop in Bolton for some clarification on the carry case and was reassured, moments later I had flexed my card with a promise my new guitar would be delivered the following day. Twenty hours later and courtesy of FedEx my guitar arrived. The guitar was a Christmas present, but I needed to have a little try-out beforehand; just as described by James and the sound through my amp was just what I was looking for; not too sure on the family's view though. Thanks Spears.

I bought a Yamaha CG-TA, and it is amazing. Everyone I have played it to can't believe where the sound is coming from, and looks and feels absolutely lovely to play. I have had it for two weeks now and already I wouldn't want to be without it.

Bought my first guitar Tanglewood Reunion pro, From Spears music read all the views and did my own research before choosing where to buy from I'm gald I did only issue I have is not with the shop themselves but the courier FedEx they didn't pick it up on the same day I ordered and I placed my order before 2pm it came on the 2nd day even though it was next day delivery but least it came in one piece the box got slightly damaged on the outer box it was well packaged Ian keeped me informed on my delivery throughout good customer service didn't get no email showing me confirmation of my order which that could be looked at by them I will buy again from Spears I'm happy with my purchase it's a beautiful guitar and sounds amazing and at that price point and the quality, I'm well impressed I will be ordering a second acoustic real soon, it's been quite a few years since I had a guitar got the bug again. Thanks to Ian at Spears.

This company sent me a damaged, used guitar instead of a brand new one. I opened a dispute with PayPal, but Spears music are refusing to provide a return courier or return cost! I didn't expect this after reading such good reviews.

Having bought a guitar blind online which turned out not to suit my needs, I arranged a return and decided to take it back myself, a 4 hour journey each way. I'm so glad I did as I was able to try out several and make my choice. It did cost quite a bit more, but I am very happy with the Faith Legacy Earth - a really stunning guitar. There was no pressure, only a very helpful approach from James who was there when needed, and sat back and gave me all the time in the world. First trip to Bolton too.

From initially contacting James at Spears Music he couldn't do enough for me, you're more than just a number unlike other shops I have contacted. Very knowledgeable on the guitar I was interested in, he even did a short video of two Koa models and uploaded the bespoke video to YouTube. I made the 2 hour journey to the Bolton store, I was met with a warm welcome and everything was ready for me to try the guitars and to make an informed decision. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Taylor GS mini-e koa

Based in Northern Ireland some UK companies will continue to ship and others refuse due to over bureaucracy. Spears stated from the outset that they were prepared for me to make my own arrangements. Proved to be a nightmare, further exacerbated by having a personalised video of the instrument prepared by James, increasing the 'want factor'. After an update James spoke with their couriers and head office to find he could accomodate my desire to have the Dowina master grade Cocobolo guitar in my hands as soon as possible. Well priced, truly excellent customer focused service.

I had to get in touch with their customer service (it was a me issue and not in any way their fault) They were a bit slow in getting back but when they did I was very satisfied with the result. So would not hesitate to use them again.
