We were very sorry hearing that you were not happy from our services
By placing your order you knew that your package takes 6 to 10 days to arrive to you as it is shipped from France by road.
We informed you that once it arrived in Greece we would take care of it and send you the shipping number to your mobile phone which obviously did not happen

Hello Gianni,
thank you for your comment and the opportunity you give us to apologize once again for this short delay.

You placed your order on 15-12-2022 and it was dispatched from our warehouses in France on 16-12-2022.
The delivery dates communicated to you were between 23-12-2022 and 28-12-2022.
As stated on our page, delivery via Geniki Taxidromiki is completed in 6 to 10 working days.

As your order was placed during a holiday period, the 20th of December was a holiday in Bulgaria where the warehouses of Geniki Taxidromiki are located, which took over the delivery of your package and as also the 26th of December was a holiday in Greece and the workload due to the holidays was very high, this resulted in the delay of your order which was delivered on 02-01-2023.

We kindly remind you that you always have the option through Spartoo.gr to receive your order through the shipping company UPS EXPRESS.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction and we hope this isolated incident will not be a reason for you to be removed from Spartoo.

As an apology for this delay we have created a 20% off coupon in your account for purchases over 60€, not to be offset against other offers, valid for one year and cannot be used on partner products and already discounted products.

Για το Spartoo κάθε πελάτης είναι σημαντικός και σε αυτό οφείλεται η συνεχής επικοινωνία, καθώς και η εν λόγω απάντηση.

Σας ζητάμε συγνώμη για το ατυχές γεγονός καθώς πρόκειται για μεμονωμένο περιστατικό.

Παραλάβατε ένα ελλιπές προϊόν μετά από λάθος των αποθηκών μας και κάναμε ότι ήταν δυνατό για να σας αντικαταστήσουμε το προϊόν το συντομότερο δυνατό.
Καθώς επιθυμούσατε την αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος εντός σφιχτού χρονοδιαγράμματος σας απαντήσαμε ειλικρινά λέγοντάς σας πως αν προχωρήσουμε την διαδικασία χωρίς να γίνουν οι απαραίτητοι έλεγχοι από τις αποθήκες μας στη Γαλλία,πως υπάρχει πιθανότητα να παραλάβετε ξανά λάθος προϊόν καθώς δεν θέλαμε να σας ταλαιπωρήσουμε παραπάνω.
Η εταιρία μας διαχειρίζεται πάνω από από 2.000 μάρκες συνεπώς απαιτείται κάποιος χρόνος για να γίνουν οι απαραίτητοι έλεγχοι.
