I had an injury preventing me attending an event, i emailed them because after trying to transfer my ticket to another event, the website wouldnt allow me to select my ticket because it was linked to another event i had attended. To date i have emailed 3 further times and still no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY

The absence of any customer service support creates a disappointing experience and unnecessary anxiety when trying to arrange lift times and other logistics.

I am racing with a friend but if you were organising a big team even it would be an absolute nightmare.

This is the second time I am racing with them and again the tickets and event details are not showing in my online account, only in the email copy. Customer service has not responded to my queries. The lead-up to the race feels poorly organised, particularly with regard to pre-race updates and ticket allocation via both the website and the app. Race day itself is well managed, but I am currently trying to confirm my race time so that I can plan other commitments around the event.

Trying to contact them is impossible. Need to defer a race ticket due to my wife breaking her foot. Zero response and I've tried through several avenues. I dont think I'll ever race with Spartan again..terrible

Omg I just can’t believe that i purchase this items before I check the reviews .. it’s waste of money stay away irs not covered black at all makes little brown golden grey still there so my hair was look horrible so I stop the use and will try to refund

Terrible Terrible customer service. Don't even stick to their publicly published refunds policy. "in the event of an event cancellation refunds will be issued" well my event was cancelled and I have contacted on several occasions with zero response and zero money back into my account. I used to love these kind of events but they just became greedy and like to take every inch of money they can. Disgusting. Next step watch dog

Terrible company. Purely out to make money. Ignore your emails, make it near impossible to get in contact...and then they tell you you are not eligible for a refund even with long covid. Absolute scoundrels.

Really good race, had a great time with my team. Finishers' shirts are top notch quality and it's really nice they're included in the ticket price. Obstacles are well designed, solid and not easy (compared with other OCR brands): which makes it a proper but fun challenge. Everyone gets a tracker and can look up the results. Some freebies included like drinks, snacks and, of course, a cool medal. Overall a great value for money.

On the down side, Customer Support has some space for improvement in terms of response time; but once they get to you they'll get you sorted.

Utter garbage. There is basically zero customer service. They will just ignore you. Utterly shambolic. Avoid at all costs - if you want this kind of event then do tough mudder, simple as that. Event in queen ferry moved 2 hrs away with only a couple months notice - we already have hotel booked and flights. Still trying to in contact with the. And it’s been 2 weeks, ignore emails, ignore Twitter they just don’t want to know. They are crap. Simple as that.

Covid Freaks .. test , mask , track , and more bulls... Spartan is now corporation and just want make money . 3 weeks for replying . Lots issues with tickets . Not friendly at all. I love Spartan in past but now is very bad company

I left a negative review on google and rather than contact and resolve they simply ignored and hid their google reviews! Awful company. 2 refund requests in so far, still no response. UPDATED - Spartan contacted and said they would 'look into it' even though they know full well the situation as per them posting such on their social media. I then get a random email a couple of days ago to say it has only just NOW been dispatched from the USA and will take a few weeks to arrive. All requests for a refund at this shocking service ignored. I've asked that they return this and issue full refund. By the time it arrives it will be 4 months from point of payment. Avoid avoid avoid avoid

Great day out, punishing races over different distances. Great mix of running and upper body strength to even it out between "buffs" and runners. Obstacles range from easy to challenging depending on your own strength but the camaraderie of the people racing and the marshalls is fantastic. Great food and coffee on site as well. Don't miss the mini Spartan for the kids

They lure you in with a cheap deal that doesn't work and sting you with high processing fees! Good luck trying to get hold of their "customer service".

Spartan races are the best I've participated in, the festival village attracted myself and my family and friends.
The organisation is second to none, and mainly for myself the races has given me the drive and motivation to aim higher, whilst meeting some amazing likeminded people .a1

I my ran first and second spartan races last september and the overall experiences were great!!! Great obstacles, camaraderie and community. There were a few hiccups such as the bag drop were poorly organised and finding stuff afterwards but that really was a minor complaint.

I booked on my races months and months in advance sk i had to train and couldnt shirk my way out of it. No issues at all with my online experience. Only critiicism possible that despte all the prices hikes there were the discount codes flying about which seems harsh for those how booked at higher prices.

Overall my experiences were first class and i thoroughly recommend a uk spartan race to anyone. I was hoping to book a season pass but unfortunately have been priced out of this option but am now on board to promote and sign up others and hopefully earn my races and volunteer my time at races. The volunteers were fantastically support thought the races, so much so i am hoping to offer the same encouragement to others that i received during my races. Thank you spartan race uk for 2 of the best experiences of my life

Spartan have been through a massive couple of changes during 2015. This caused quite a few issues early on in the year.

With Manchester and Wales being condensed into one day instead of two, and Spartan not being quite ready for the stadium sprint, things didn't quite get off on the right foot.

This was just ammunition for the haters. But as they say haters gonna hate.

Come the second have of the season Spartan were back on top form, with amazing venues, epic races and award winning bling.

Scotland was a massive challenge, even seasoned ocr athletes where heard to comment on the epic, relentless hills.

Cambridgeshire was just obstacle after obstacle after obstacle, with very little running inbetween. It was amazing.

Then came Ashburnham. The Sprint and Super over one weekend and the Beast the following.

What can I say, just Wow!

If the tail-end of the season is anything to go by, Spartan is back, bigger, better and bad-a$$.
