Sparks Warehouse Arvostelua 

My husband and I ordered replacement bulbs on April 8. I called and Sparks said it would be delivered by April 16th. I have called 3X and no reply (left voicemail twice) It is now April 22nd and still no delivery.

DO NOT USE this company! Horrible service!

Got what I wanted and it was delivered promptly. Would recommend.

I've used Sparks Warehouse on several occasions now and they have always supplied me with great products at a reasonable price.
Wide selection of components from various manufacturers. Easy ordering online and reasonable prices.

Searched high and low for specific bulbs and was continually told they are no longer made. No one had them - apart from this website. Have bought extra for a stock at home

Firstly their delivery promise of a battery was missed.
Emails receive no response.
Telephone calls do not get answered.
Eventually a battery was delivered but NOT the one detailed on the enclosed delivery note!
After more phone calls I was advised they were awaiting stock but did send a freepost return label.
Over a month after placing the order I demanded a refund which took a week to be acknowledged and actioned.
I ordered from another company who despatched the required battery the same day and it was cheaper.
I cannot recommend this company.

Good service although took lo ger than expected to arrive

You can always tell how good a company is when there us a problem which I had, without question the product was replaced foc so this is a trustworthy company.

I ordered some LED replacement bulbs, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit properly in my lamps. I reached out to customer service to see if there was a solution, and they were very helpful, immediately offering me the option to return them. Before I knew it, I received an email with clear return instructions. I really appreciate their hassle-free service and how smoothly they handled my request!

I didn't see these reviews before purchasing..

I placed an order that was expected to be delivered between 26th and 28th Feb, I called to ask for an update and was told they come direct from Integral LED, would be about a week into them for them then to reship to me. After the new delivery day arrived i still had any tracking details so I called sparks warehouse, who didn't answer. So I contacted Integral who said the product i purchased was discontinued 6 months prior and there was no stock available to be shipped. Integral asked me to share the sellers information and they confirmed that no company under the name of Sparks Warehouse or telephone number or address could be found on their system. I gave Sparks warehouse another call to get my refund and when they finally answered i explained what I had found out from Integral and they agreed to refund me and would send the order to their accounts... BUT I am yet to receive the refund notification email. They use a shopify website which i know first hand has a button to refund the order and it will send the customer a notification email stating the order is in the process of being refunded. I will now contact my credit card company to obtain my refund.
