Je n'ai jamais reçu de suivi de ma commande et le SAV est inexistant après deux relances par mail.
Je suis à plus d'un mois de ma commande et je n'ai toujours rien reçu, décevant...

Ordered some bearings from here they arrived without any invoice or paperwork and was the wrong size. I emailed them a few times but got no reply so I returned the bearings and asked for a refund. Had no refund and no replies to any emails. If you look through the reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. DONT buy from these people they are not trustworthy and will not deal with any problems or issues you may have with the product.
Luckily we don’t have a lot of companies like this in the cycling industry and with a bit of luck this one won’t be around much longer.

Pour la France les envoies sont fait par royal mail sans suivi ,du coup mes roulements attendait a la poste depuis quelques jours(en raid aventure),le lien suivi "shop "indiqué toujours en attente de detail .quand j'ai contacté spark sport on m'a dit que sa avait été envoyé le jour de la commande.les pièces ont l'air d'être d'origine pour le prix et la qualité c'est le top je pense.mis a part ce problème de suivi ou j'ai perdu quelques jours je recommande,bon ride a toutes et tous...

Transition Patrol bearings arrived fast and fit well, overall I am happy with this purchase, bearings are good quality so can't complain really.

Received order quickly although one bearing didn’t fit - possibly due to incorrect info from Cannondale. Seller was very helpful with sorting this out.

I ordered in September 2025 headset bearings for Tarmac SL6. Quick shipping, but I never recieved it, the after sales contact was responsive. After waiting 2 months (following the request from my contact), I just ask for a refund (in between I found another solution) .... they never answer and send another one. I recieved it, buy as asked several times (without any answer), I ask a refund. They never answer any emails since 3 months. Not a serious bike shop.

Terrible communication. Did not communicate when the parcel was dispatched. The order was missing pieces. I contacted them but no response. They will not communicate with you. Do not buy from this company

Recu ma commande un peu long mais raisonnable, c'est rare les enseignes qui fournissent des kit complets de roulements.
Ps: si possible d'emballer un peu mieux sa laissait a désirer

J’ai commandé des roulements le 26 novembre, sur la commande ils sont indiqués en livraison par express mais je n’ai rien reçu. J’ai contacté quatre fois l’entreprise sur le mail de contact et pas de réponse.

Ordinato set cuscinetti, partiti subito per espresso ,visualizzato tramite l'app Shop(inutile).
Ad oggi ancora aspetto la consegna ed i Signori di Spark non si degnano di rispondere alle mail (tre)

J'ai acheté des roulements de direction ; ils ne sont pas compatibles avec mon vélo. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour retourner les articles et me faire rembourser, et je n'ai aucune réponse ! Site à éviter, pas professionnel et qui ne respecte pas ses clients !
