Waste of Time
What a joke this company is. I placed an order for over £700 for break discs and break pads, to be told that one of the items I had ordered was not in stock. A replacement part could be sent instead, but wanted me to pay an extra £11. Looks like they are willing to lose the order for the sake of a few quid!!!. Complained only to be told they will check when the parts are back in stock and then let me know!!! They have since just cancelled my order, total waste of time!!

Vastaus yritykseltä Sparepartstore24 - Great Britain
Dear Mr. Chris!
Thank you for your feedback!
We want to inform you that, unfortunately, sometimes delivery may be delayed due to the lack of some products from the manufacturer. Or, if we find that the spare part is slightly damaged before shipping, so as not to send it to the customer, even if it is a small scratch, at the same time we order a new spare part for the customer directly from the manufacturer, in this case the delivery time increases to several days. It is very important for us to satisfy our customers, and sometimes we decide to send the order a few days later, and not send it as soon as possible, but with a damaged spare, even if sometimes defect is invisible. We apologize for the inconvenience. For any information we are always at your disposal.
According to our system, you have cancelled the order and you have already been refunded.
Best Regards,
Sparepartstore247 Team
Worse on-line car-parts ever
Worse on-line car-parts ever. They clean up their warehouse of defective products and sell them on-line. The cost of sending back is 30% of value of the defective product! A nightmare Company, stay away from them! First purchase and last one from this seller...Far better options...Mister-Auto, MickGarage...

Terrible customer service
Dont use this company. They pretend to be in the UK but are based in Germany. Long delivery times and watch out if things go wrong.
Sent me faulty goods and then refused to accept back or refund.
