Spa-Migo Hot Tub Covers Arvostelua

It was a great experience and they were great and helping get the right size I needed. The cover is great for our hot tub.

The communication was very good. The product arrived and it fits and I'm pleased with it.

My experience with Spa Migo was beyond expectations, from my initial inquiries talking to two professionals that help me through my order, ensuring that the spa cover I was about to order was the best one for my spa and use. The service I received was better than what I received at Trévi and Club piscine at Gatineau. For equal quality, you beat their pricing by a good margin, The delivery was very close to the date I was given, so I was also very satisfied with the delivery. Your site the steps of my purchase is excellent. When the date of delivery was getting closer, I made a query by email to confirm delivery, and within a matter of hours I received a response, and another email informing me of the delivery. In conclusion, I am a very satisfied customer and I thank all involved in my purchase. Best regards, André in Bouchard.

Great quality, only complaint is the build time of 1 month.

I had a great experience with this company. The person I talked to about ordering my cover was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cover is exactly as he told me and it fits perfectly.

Quick prompt and Great suggestions for better performance

Everything was great. Product and delivery was exceptional.

Excellent achat, matériau de qualité. Délai de livraison respecté. Les dimensions sont exactes.

Excellent customer service. Cover is very nice and fairly priced. Will order from them again.

Spa-Migo's attention to detail.

Fabrication and delivery in about 1 month.

Very competitive price.

Everything went well, from confirming dimensions to an early delivery. Everyone I spoke with at the plant was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.
The cover was exactly as ordered and was a perfect fit.

Je suis entièrement satisfait.

Great fit, same as original. Light weight, good fabric.

Took longer than I expected, and tracking the shipment was horrible. There was no way to track my shipment at all, so I had no way of ever knowing when or if it was gonna get here it just showed up one day.
Also at the middle Breigh, the finishing does not look very professional. I was expecting better and that it was covered so you don’t see the foam. I’m not sure if this is gonna allow it to leak out of there after I spent all the extra money to make sure I didn’t have leaks. But I was told after I asked about it that that’s just how they build the top lids.
Kind of disappointing for that price I was expecting better

Received what we ordered, we provided our measurements and fit perfectly.

We are very happy with the customer service as well as the quality of the spa cover!

I love my cover the team was very professional and the delivery went well.
