Spa-Migo Hot Tub Covers Arvostelua

Easy to order online, very responsive to any questions and a quality product delivered in a timely fashion

Easy to use website made it easy to find the right size cover and select all the options I wanted. Price was right and the delivery was included. Two thumbs up 👍

Good follow up on order. Quality product. Shipping was slow either no tracking.

I’ve had my spa cover for about a month now and it is incredible! I am beyond satisfied. It is top of the line quality. It is so insulated that it barely takes any time to heat up my hot tub. And my electric bill has gone down as well. I wish I had purchased this years ago!

Great quality and excellent customer service. Our hot tub is an unconventional size, and after I submitted my measurements, they called to verify them and caught a few mistakes I’d made. That follow-up was critical as without it, the cover wouldn’t have fit. Really appreciate the attention to detail and care before putting it into production.

My return of the Hot tub cover being damaged in shipping was handled very quickly and professionally.
Thank you.

The cover arrived and the skirt was too short. It didn’t cover the lip of my hot tub. I had reached out for help ordering and measuring and they did not explain that the default skirt length would not cover the tub. They were unwilling to replace
Exchange the cover. Beware! Also, the color pictures is not exactly the same as the actual product. Be careful when ordering even if you contact them for help!!

We ordered a custom hot tub cover to replace the original one that came with our hot tub. The team was helpful in guiding on how to measure things tomorrow ensure that our new cover fit properly. I was also able to see the progress all along the way and the delivery service was fast and efficient. The new cover looks great, has great build quality and most importantly fits perfectly! If you’re in need to replace your old cover with a new one Spa-Migo are great to work with, highly recommended!

Made a mistake in my order and extremely impressed with the customer service!!!

Great company to deal with. 5 star follow through.

Easy to order online.very affordable and they keep you up to date on the cover as it's made.my cover is beautiful

Lots of help and great people

The cover fits well and the materials appear to be of decent quality. I have had the cover for less than a week, so its durability will be evident in the future.

The delivery of the cover was problematic. The tracking information was ineffective and only active on the day of delivery. The cover was left on my driveway. If I had been away for several days due to not being aware of the delivery date, the cover may have been damaged or stolen.

Was able to easily speak to a real person. Good service. Product looks ok so far.

Very happy with my purchase, these guys know their hot tubs.

They called me to correct my mistake in direction of the fold. Was super happy to get that call. Thank you very much.

The new lid is amazing! Fits perfect and looks great. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

ils ont prit le temps de nous contacter et de vérifier nos besoins. De nous conseiller sur nos choix. Ce fut un peu long de savoir pour notre livraison mais le tout fut bien effectué.

Great spa cover and high-quality metal cover lifter!
