I had a small hiccup with my order, but Spainho were very happy to assist and fix the hiccup up, I had a new order sent to me within a fortnight, I am very pleased with the company and the quick response to my email, and getting my order fixed.

It was delivered with care
It was delivered with care, am disabled so put a note on my front door. They opened my door n put it inside my house for me. Which is a great help as can't get to the door on time. As can't walk well. Do very helpful, do do that for me. The company is great loads on offer n fairly cheap. Very handy items, you sell. So will recommend to my friends n family.

They want to give me half of what I paid for or a coupon for 20% off. They say I don't have to send the wrong product back if I will take the coupon. While the product I received was defective and did not match what I originally saw upon ordering, the company took full responsibility and refunded my purchase in full.

Finally someone else contacted me and sent me a refund and said to keep the wrong product I received. Customer service is very important.

The emotional support calendar looks as if there will be cute crocheted individual items in each door! The reality is they are cheap plastic “tokens” with pictures of crocheted figures. There is no way to ask for a refund just a random address in china to send it to at your own expense! Waste of money and a lesson learned not to order from them ever again!!!
