Easy to use. Some listings were not present on competing websites but were only available on spacer. Great customer support and 10% discount for the first month!

All my interactions with Spacer have been very positive with any queries promptly answered and addressed.

i want to inspect storage space before committing. They ask for payment first!!!!
I would definitely not use this company, the person who answered was offshore, smells a bit off to me

I’m a host in Sydney. I am satisfactory with Spacer's Customer service team, such as Tony and Sarah and others team members as they response to my Email quickly and tried to solve any problems asap.

But the payment processing seems slow, should be paid in full amount in one go.

Spacer is the best!

If you are taking time in thinking of it. Pls go for it. Trust me their service is great, the process is hassle free and you are covered too. I’m a happy customer n thank Spacer for this initiative. Cheers

Omg they are terrible I still haven't got paid and when I'm asking them to confirm the payments they said ok it's been 10 days still waiting for payment

I had found the customer service agent a Super Star! Tony was helpful and showed empathy for when my son's car park booking date had changed. He gave me options, which was important to me.

Overall, A great service with exceptional communication from both Spacer Customers Care and our landlord Nicole.

I will definitely be using this service again.

I'm having trouble deciding if Spacer are scammers or not. I have to book and pay for space to rent before I can even look to see if the space is large enough for my needs. Sounds very dodgy to me! Who would rent a house without seeing it first! And Clarisse is a broken record doing nothing to allay my concerns! Not for me I'm afraid. I don't know how they do business!!! Anyone doing as they ask is just looking for trouble and loss of their money!

Clarisse from the team is the champion. She is super helpful and highly efficient. She solved all the raised issues despite some shortcoming from the platform itself.
